The kiosks do not give you a receipt and the monitor used to track your order is no longer working.“

“I have had a long three weeks at Pheobe and wanted a pink drink. When I received my drink it didn’t taste right. After a few minutes of looking at the menu I opted for a refund. While the barista was trying to issue my refund the manager made me a freestyle drink and let me tell you I was so much better than the pink drink! Thank you“

“Incredible service!
The lady at the drive-through was very eager to serve us and was very open to hearing what I was generally looking for since it was my first time. Cereal Milk Matcha Latte came out just as fast as I ordered it and tasted incredible. Will come back here any time I want some delicious matcha!
My only complaint is the lack of physical menus at the drive through to look at, but it's more of a personal nitpick if anything; there's always the online menu if you need to see what they have, and they'll give recommendations if you're unsure.“
