“Excellent service and food which is normal for not only this Chick-fil-A but every one I've ever visited. They have a very out of the ordinary attitude about their food and customer service. They don't follow the status quo when it comes to these two areas. Every other restaurant like this, Burger King, McDonald's, Hardee's and others, my experience with these places has been average to horrible. They place no value in their food, appearance or customer service, they never make their customers feel appreciated or have any value. Chick-fil-A values everything about themselves and their customers.”

“I’d first to say, Kloe, Ripa, and the newbie Kevin are a phenomenal! However, I think Sherie or Shelly is the name? She burnt my sandwich twice, both times I went this weekend. She was all over the place and had different pieces of each food just sitting all over the counter. She’s been here for a good minute, long enough to figure out the pattern. She definitely sticks out the bunch🫣”

“If I could give a 0 I would you can still order on the app to pick up in the pizza portal and it says open but it is temporarily closed according to the building and now I have to figure out how to get a refund on a store with no phone number.
EDIT: Local Manager called was extremely kind and explained the circumstances needless to say it’s a tech issue, not their issue at all I was issued a refund promptly. I will definitely order pizza here when they reopen.”
