“Great food. Everything was cooked perfectly, and the BBQ was great. Only complaint would be the waitresses seemed to, on purpose, avoid our table. We got up and left, and I watched as I got a refill. One girl raced the other to grab the tip from the tables.“
“My third time in....food is very good but both times I have gotten home to discover left out items. The owner offered to bring to me. I went back and they were so nice. Cleanest restaurant in Albany and honestly even if they hadn't been so gracious I would still go back for the food!“
“Passed by this place today and made it a point to come back for dinner. Glad I did. Found out they were recently voted Best BBQ in Albany. Got the Two Meat Combo with Brisket and Ribs of course! Both were very well cooked and tasted great. Portions were a bit smaller than I was expecting but the quality of the meat was very good. Sauces were very good tried the Sweet and Mustard. Got the fresh Pork skins and they came out hot and poppin’. I would definitely recommend them and dip them in the Sweet BBQ Sauce. Stew was tasty and Cole slaw I would say was just average. Nothing special. Service was outstanding and she kept my Tea glass filled. Nice place overall. Will definitely come back when I am back in town to try the Pulled Pork and other sides.“
“My experience at Austin’s Firegrill in Albany GA was generally positive. The service was decent, and I opted for the South Paw chicken sandwich, which was pretty good. I particularly enjoyed the fried potato chips, which were excellent, and the sweet potato waffle fries were a standout. The atmosphere is always good. While there was nothing particularly spectacular about the experience, I would definitely return in the future. Overall, a solid choice for a meal out in Albany.“
“I wish I could give 10 stars for the service. I took my mother in on her 92nd birthday. From the time we walked in until we left the staff made her feel like a queen. This is the kind of service that makes Sonny's Albany great. Awesome job.“
“Lunch was good. Ms. Sharon takes good care of us every Wednesday. I had a plain hamburger with a slice of tomato and onion and some coleslaw. It was good. Jimmy had vegetable soup, which wasn't good again. It has vinegar tasteThere was lots of family there, so we had a great time.Kid-friendliness: Both kinds of highchairs and drinks and foods the children can eat.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access into the facility via the side ramp. Seating made available for wheelchairs and the bathrooms are handicapped accessible. Also, it is very clean.“
“The food was pretty good. The experience improved once our server woke up a little. Not going to call a name since everyone is entitled to an off day. The bread is always delicious and the salad super fresh. The cocktails looked appetizing but I'll have to try them next time.“
“The service has always been very excellent and attentive to get what I needed during my meal. The food is wonderful, and I'm not just talking about the great barbecue on the menu, but items like the Philly Cheese Steak and River Dogs, to name a few, are also delicious! And if you want a burger, they have a 10-ounce burger that will fill you up!“
