“They have the best coffee, good presentation for food, always asking if everything is fine, always ready to do more for you. The one in valdosta, the one in lake park, not so much. They don't warm the food well. Some of the girls are not multitasking.“
“My first couple of drinks were perfectly blended, made by a male. They were AMAZING !!! Last few times I cant even taste the flavor bc its so strong and that’s with EXTRA sweetener. I like when the males make mine! I normally get cookie butter blondie or funnel cake blondie with caramel drizzle with extra sweetener and its SOOO STRONG with the extra sweetener. I cant even tell that I paid for EXTRA sweetener atp. I went there this morning and yesterday morning and it was not what I expected. 🙁 I think the same girl made mine both times.“

“My daughter and I visited hug in a mug yesterday and I was really surprised that the small little place would offer so much. They had sandwiches and pastries and coffees and even some ice cream drinks and the prices were very reasonable. The young man that waited on us was very personable and knowledgeable. they have cute little gift items that promote hug in a mug. we will definitely go back again. I got what they call a panda latte and it was very good. I cannot remember exactly what I paid for it but it seemed to me it was cheaper than some of these coffee kiosks. I would definitely recommend this place. located right in front of Valdosta Mall it is very convenient off of Norman drive.“
