“Passing through on our way to Atlanta. This place was close to our hotel and had a covered patio where they welcomed our toy poodle. THEN, the service, the food! Best oysters on the half shell ever - rivaling the Oyster Bar in Grand Central Station in New York City. Fried green tomatoes - delicious! Popcorn shrimp terrific! Yummy Cole slaw and cheesy grits. I was amazed and delighted to have found this treasure. Such friendly and fun staff served us very quickly and graciously. Great experience!!!“

“Experience was fine, nothing to brag about, but nothing bad either. I was a little upset that I had the AYCE shrimp and our server took FOREVER to bring out the reorders, so I only ended up getting one reorder before I got fed up and got the check and left. Food was great though, and everything else about the experience was pretty good.“

“Why in the world are my French fries crinkle cut? As a Cook Out connoisseur since 2001 (various locations throughout nc and ga), I’ve never had crinkle cut fries from here. I hope that this was a fluke. The customer service, shake, and hotdog were exceptional. One star deducted for crinkle cut fries“

“There is no place in Valdosta that serves Cheeseburgers like this and they do it with a smile. This is our Jam if we are on hwy 41. I wish we could pick them up and take them to North Valdosta Rd area. Maybe it’s better this way, or I would be broke, asking them to cook for me every night.“

They’ve crayons and menus to color on for the kiddos and all staff we talked to was kind and attentive. “I want to give a shout out to Nicole! She had AMAZING customer service! I was stopping to get food before continuing my route. I had a strange request after the fact that I had ordered and paid. She was in the process of handing me my food and I asked, for ketchup, mayo, and a cup so I could mix it in. Without any hesitation or any sign of annoyance for an additional request, she went ahead and handed it all to me and even gave me a knife to mix it, all while she had a smile on her face. I just want her to know, even though that was a really small act of kindness (and great customer service too), I really appreciated the extra time she gave me! Thank you!“
