I tried to call to see if anyone had turned in a lost key and the phone rang about 15 times with no answer. “Why in the world are my French fries crinkle cut? As a Cook Out connoisseur since 2001 (various locations throughout nc and ga), I’ve never had crinkle cut fries from here. I hope that this was a fluke. The customer service, shake, and hotdog were exceptional. One star deducted for crinkle cut fries“

“Firehouse Subs has a very warm and friendly atmosphere. The only thing I would change is to add more vegetables to the subs. But overall it is delicious. Definitely going back.

Parking: There are other shops next to Firehouse so parking may be a problem if you visit during lunchtime.“

“It's good most of the time. I would give it 4 out of 5 stars.I just don't appreciate when they keep running out of BBQ sauce because that's the only sauce that I eat with my food. Without it, I am not able to finish my food and enjoy it less. Then they had no milkshakes that day to make up for it.Keep up with your stock. ?Update: They are great overall when they have their machine up and running and are stocked properly. They know my order to the T. I order the same things every time.“

“What I like about this location is my order was incorrect when I did an online order and I called in and say hey my order was incorrect I'm missing some items and sure enough they took my name and say Hey whenever you come back will correct it for you when I did go back they corrected everything and make sure I got fresh chicken of course the first time around the chicken wasn't fresh but they took care of me and that's what I like I like when when the customers and the managers are working on the same page that you have no situations or problems when you return to a location where you spend your heart on money and they don't have a problem with making it right for you“

“I come here 8 days a week 25 hours a day. Service is great and the employees are always ready to take your money. You gotta pull up Mount Everest to get to the order screen but the food tasted heavenly. If this place didn’t exist I genuinely don’t know what I would do. “Today I needed 3 bulk orders to celebrate the associates at the facility I work for. I called several places and all told me it would not be possible for a same day order of that size. When I called this Pizza Hut, Talon, the RGM said “let me see what I can do.” They called in some help and they got my bulk order complete in less than 2 hours, and scheduled my next 2 bulk orders to be ready when I needed them. A huge shout out to Talon, Karen Cook, and Isaiah cook. This Pizza Hut goes above and beyond for the customer. Will definitely be coming back!“
