She was in the process of handing me my food and I asked, for ketchup, mayo, and a cup so I could mix it in. Without any hesitation or any sign of annoyance for an additional request, she went ahead and handed it all to me and even gave me a knife to mix it, all while she had a smile on her face. “There is no place in Valdosta that serves Cheeseburgers like this and they do it with a smile. This is our Jam if we are on hwy 41. I wish we could pick them up and take them to North Valdosta Rd area. Maybe it’s better this way, or I would be broke, asking them to cook for me every night.“

“I recently visited the Raising Cain's Restaurant in Valdosta, GA. I hadn't been to one the restaurants in years and wanted to try this one since it has recently opened. I ordered one of the baskets and it was done in less than a minute. It was delicious and will go back there again. I will see if I can get my fries a little more well done. The cashier was a little thing but super friendly. A great job!“

I tried to call to see if anyone had turned in a lost key and the phone rang about 15 times with no answer. Not everyone wants to place an order when they call so they should at least answer the phone and find out why someone is calling.“

“Firehouse Subs has a very warm and friendly atmosphere. The only thing I would change is to add more vegetables to the subs. But overall it is delicious. Definitely going back.

Parking: There are other shops next to Firehouse so parking may be a problem if you visit during lunchtime.“

I hope that this was a fluke. The customer service, shake, and hotdog were exceptional. One star deducted for crinkle cut fries“

Without it, I am not able to finish my food and enjoy it less. “Today I needed 3 bulk orders to celebrate the associates at the facility I work for. I called several places and all told me it would not be possible for a same day order of that size. When I called this Pizza Hut, Talon, the RGM said “let me see what I can do.” They called in some help and they got my bulk order complete in less than 2 hours, and scheduled my next 2 bulk orders to be ready when I needed them. A huge shout out to Talon, Karen Cook, and Isaiah cook. This Pizza Hut goes above and beyond for the customer. Will definitely be coming back!“
