The staff was extremely helpful during my visit. I had an issue ordering with the app and with the help from the manager, I was able to fix it. His willingness to help made the experience very positive. It's comforting to find such a dedicated and courteous team. 👍
Went to this location on 84 in Valdosta amd i ordered a Dave's double with no onion. Didn't thing much of it but they put onions on it. I was just going to pick them off but they brought me another burger when they realized their mistake. She was very nice and said she wanted me to have a good experience. That made my day and I knew then I was going to leave a good review.
I was skeptical when I pulled up. Dark parking lot. Lots of cars in line. Shady people loitering around. But, everything was made to order and as accurate as can be. Staff was fast and extremely friendly. Greeted us with a smile and couldn't have asked for better/ faster service.
