“Oh my! We stopped in tonight to see our family who was traveling from Knoxville to Orlando, so Valdosta was a perfect stopping point. This was our first time into the restaurant, and it will not be our last. The food was fresh, chef inspired, and professionally prepared, we even had a moment to think the chef in person when he visited our table! From the Caesar chicken wrap to the roasted chicken thighs and salmon, everyone raved about their meals. And the weekday five dollar menu is an exceltional deal. It features several alcoholic beverages and small entrées paired with.fries that are all screaming deals. Their menu is creative, featuring wonderful items that are out of the ordinary. Our amazing server Zy truly made our evening memorable and wonderful. From fast refills to carafes to ensure we had extra, she treated us like family. There is nothing we can recommend for improvements. Keep up the great work! Fin & Feathers is a true gem in Valdosta.”

“My daughter and I visited hug in a mug yesterday and I was really surprised that the small little place would offer so much. They had sandwiches and pastries and coffees and even some ice cream drinks and the prices were very reasonable. The young man that waited on us was very personable and knowledgeable. they have cute little gift items that promote hug in a mug. we will definitely go back again. I got what they call a panda latte and it was very good. I cannot remember exactly what I paid for it but it seemed to me it was cheaper than some of these coffee kiosks. I would definitely recommend this place. located right in front of Valdosta Mall it is very convenient off of Norman drive.”

“Passing through on our way to Atlanta. This place was close to our hotel and had a covered patio where they welcomed our toy poodle. THEN, the service, the food! Best oysters on the half shell ever - rivaling the Oyster Bar in Grand Central Station in New York City. Fried green tomatoes - delicious! Popcorn shrimp terrific! Yummy Cole slaw and cheesy grits. I was amazed and delighted to have found this treasure. Such friendly and fun staff served us very quickly and graciously. Great experience!!!”

“Listen I am a hardcore foodie. And I had to come say that Valdosta has a true hidden gem in Georgeos. The food smelled so good I pulled over into an empty lot to try it. I had the rib/chicken combo. The taste matched the smell because I sat and ate that whole meal in that lot, it never made it home. Both meats were super tender and flavorful. I got them with no sauce because when trying bbq I like to taste the authenticity. BUT I got the sauce on the side and it is SO good. Do not pass on it. The customer service was top tier. It was my first visit but it felt like I was a regular and had been eating there my whole life. I will definitely be returning.”

“We order here 2 to 3 times a week. I even get my tea here and not the store. This is the 1st time we had any issues and they were exactly as they should be. The girls who answer the phone are fantastic. The food is 99.999% of the time wonderful. If u do run into the 1% chance of an issue they take care of it immediately. “I came into El Toreo with no reservation for a party of 18 a couple of days ago.

We had kids, elderly family members, and a large group overall, so I expected things to be difficult. Instead, the experience ended up being the best I’ve had at a restaurant with a group this big.

The tall young man serving us, whose name I unfortunately cannot remember, gave us outstanding service from start to finish.

He was intentional with everything he did. Every request was handled immediately, and many things were taken care of before we even had to ask. He was polite, professional, well spoken, and incredibly attentive the entire time.

He made the whole dinner feel seamless and stress free for our family. We will absolutely be coming back. Music was very loud, just had to add.”

“Everything was great. Our server was excellent, her name started with a K I'm pretty sure and it was the night before her last day to go be a teacher after attending Valdosta State. She was so great to us. The food was super good. We had the pot pie and the Monte Cristo with croissants, Broccoli casserole and everything was yummy 😋”
