Talk about an over-the-top experience! I cannot say enough about the staff at this place...First, the espresso is incredibly well prepared.When I was there, they were having a delivery, and the drive-thru was being blocked. Took forever and a day to get to the window as service was super slow. When I got my order, which was a black coffee and toasted bagel with butter, it was wrong. Glad I checked as I started to pull away. They had given me cream cheese. It was barely warm. Since I was still in the parking lot when I made my discovery, I whipped back around and asked them to correct the order. The caramel freeze was so delicious. I got a large, and oh my God, it was more than I expected. I met the owner, and he was kind enough to give me a complimentary drink, and it did not fail. This was my first time going there, and I will definitely be returning. Kind and friendly service.
