Was in line waiting and a guy came,took my order gave a price of 13.07. Get to window and blonde girl tries retaking order then says that will be 14.87. Can't explain different then gets real rude when I ask for my money back.

The caramel freeze was so delicious. I got a large, and oh my God, it was more than I expected. I met the owner, and he was kind enough to give me a complimentary drink, and it did not fail. This was my first time going there, and I will definitely be returning. Kind and friendly service.

While the staff looks nice and talk like they know what they are doing, they have never made a consistent beverage a single time. They don’t even know what a real cappuccino or latte should look like. You ask for something and they just make it in a way that fills the cup to the top. I know what I’m asking for when I order a cappuccino and it’s not a full cup or milk heated to over 180 degrees with two shots of poorly pulled espresso. Seriously I scalded my mouth on a drink fromhere. I literally drove 30 minutes across town to get my friend a drink from a different coffee shop after they gave me two drinks made completely wrong and too hot to drink. Got his drink and drove home, which took an hour from the time I got the drinks. When I temped the drink upon arrive home it was still 160 degrees.
