SHOUT OUT TO YALL !!!! The best quesadilla I’ve ever had … friendly staff, fast service and clean restaurant….. thanks for the great lunch time expierence…
Can’t say enough great things about this location and staff! We had a catering order picked up and a couple of things were forgotten when they loaded up. My husband was almost home with the food when they realized and called. The manager offered to deliver it himself to our home, 25-30 mins away, almost instantly.
Outside of this occasion all of my visits there have been pleasant and quick! 10/10 recommend.

Based on multiple reviews, Surcheros in Valdosta is a favorite Tex-Mex restaurant. The crew is fast, efficient, friendly, and welcoming. Many customers have had amazing experiences and are loyal customers because the customer service has been outstanding. Specific crew members provided great customer service, were smiling and inviting, and helped explain the menu in a pleasurable manner. One customer had so much food, they had to take some home. However, one recent experience was horrible. After ordering on the app and picking up the food, the customer had no cheese for their nachos. They had to hurry back to the restaurant because it was closing. The portion size of the nacho was sad and looked like it belonged to a child. The restaurant does not have cheap prices, and what you pay for the food you expect a good amount. This has never happened before, and the customer was truly disappointed. Despite this, the other location and this location are equally great in service, food, and atmosphere.
