The food is on point, all of it. Portions are huge, and they gave me samples of everything while packing up my order! The collard greens and potato salad are my favorites but they were out of cold slaw already so that may change next time I get food from Sam’s. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We were visiting Valdosta for the first time with our kids to spend the day at Wild Adventures and wanted to try some authentic local BBQ. We found Sam's Carry Out BBQ, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip!
It's a family-owned restaurant with some of the friendliest and most generous people we've ever met. When they found out it was our family's first visit, they brought out huge samples for us to try—there was so much food!

Fall off the bone tender smoked and bbq ribs and chicken…slightly spicy and slightly tangy. mac and cheese real good. Great all around. Owner is also a 25 year vet.
