I love this little place. The food has always been fresh and properly cooked and seasoned. The service is good and everyone is friendly. The atmosphere is like a hometown hole in the wall restaurant. It seems like everyone knows each other, and they give everyone the feeling that they are a local.... even a transplant like me.
If you're looking for a quiet, romantic place with tablecloths and candles....keep looking. HOWEVER, if you are looking for great food, fast and friendly service THIS is the place. My husband wants to eat here often because after 30 + years stuck in California, he feels he's HOME here. He was born and raised in Mobile, AL, joined the USN and was gone from the South for 30yrs. We were coming back from vacation and decided to stop by for lunch and this place did not disappoint!!! Everything from the ambiance to the service and especially the food was on point!!! I ordered the seafood platter and onion rings and it was extremely good. We plan on making a trip back very soon!!!
