We were coming back from vacation and decided to stop by for lunch and this place did not disappoint!!! Everything from the ambiance to the service and especially the food was on point!!! I ordered the seafood platter and onion rings and it was extremely good. We plan on making a trip back very soon!!!

Poor management but decent quality food. Manager was rude, and unapologetic for and hour wait time to receive food. Our server was great! The female manager should not be in management doesn’t know how to treat guests.

Food was really pretty decent just took us an hour to receive our food and the manager that was on staff was just rude and showed no remorse or apology for it taking that long. It’s a Thursday night and 1/2 ya les still empty. Shouldn’t take an hour to receive food. Our waitress was new but fabulous but management was horrible. Would not come back only for the way she was.

I love this little place. The food has always been fresh and properly cooked and seasoned. The service is good and everyone is friendly. The atmosphere is like a hometown hole in the wall restaurant. It seems like everyone knows each other, and they give everyone the feeling that they are a local.... even a transplant like me.

This is our favorite “Shack” for reliable and affordable seafood. We always stop here on our winter migrations as “snowbirds” traveling to/from Florida.
If you're looking for a quiet, romantic place with tablecloths and candles....keep looking. HOWEVER, if you are looking for great food, fast and friendly service THIS is the place. My husband wants to eat here often because after 30 + years stuck in California, he feels he's HOME here. He was born and raised in Mobile, AL, joined the USN and was gone from the South for 30yrs. He's glad to be back where they know how to cook catfish, burgers, shrimp, grits....you get the point .

Small restaurant close to our hotel with good reviews. I had deep fried shrimp, they were very large and good. My companion had oysters and shrimp & cheese grits which he also thought was very good.

I'm always excited to share my wife's and myself experience at this wonderful restaurant. Once again, this cozy and very pleasing restaurant has satisfied our every request. The staff and chiefs are extremely experienced and well trained. The menu is well balanced, satisfying and within budget. Preparation to our meals were made without hesitation and completely delicious. It goes without mention that my wife and myself will continue to be loyal and devoted customers. Altogether, bravo!
