“I went in today 10/03 and got milkshake & bag of ice. The Mgr that handed it to me i think Shinna (i know it's spelled wrong) was so nice and amazing. She was so friendly. Now last Sat afternoon I went in and got a bag of ice and the Mgr was so nasty and mean. She was not the same sweet sole as today. I just wanted to bragg on the lady today. Thank you.“

“A little on the expensive side for most items but well worth the price. The double meat Whataburger is comparable in size to the Whopper and (to me) tastes far better. The only problem I ever had with this location is the wait time as I usually wait ten to fifteen minutes when I order inside at night, but the good food makes the wait worth it.“

“We always like stopping by Church’s when where in Thomasville. It’s always worth it. The food is hot and fresh. Customer service is outstanding.“

“District Manager Roderick is the absolute best. I was greeted by an employee who was being lazy and told me that it would be 15 minutes when I ordered my food bc she was working a very large order. At this time there were maybe 3 cars in the parking lot and one ahead of me in the drive thru. The car ahead of me drove off and I decided to wait. It did not take 15 minutes it took 5. I brought this to Rodericks attention and the situation was made right. Thank you.“

“As usual, Firehouse Subs delivered exactly what they’re known for. We were immediately greeted when we walked in, which always sets the tone. Our order was taken promptly, and the team made sure to ask if we wanted to upsize. We were given our cups, made our drinks, and before long our food was ready.

Everything came out exactly the way it was supposed to—fresh, well-prepared, and consistent. The staff was friendly and genuinely engaged, which makes a big difference. You can tell they actually care about the product they put out and the experience they provide.

“These folks are amazing!! They prep with care and are always organized and clean. I’m not sure how this works out, I can order the same sandwich at a subway 30 miles away and it doesn’t taste anywhere near the same. Thank you for all of your hard work and taking care of your patrons“

“Just ordered and got to the park to sit and eat. Both mine and my Girls milkshakes were delicious but the thing that stood out the most was our burgers not only were they wonderful but the appearance shocked me. It literally looked like you see them on the commercial and drive through signs. The double bacon ranch burger and original double cheeseburger. Wonderful service. “Ok I was out of the country when Popeyes put their chicken sandwich on the menu. I watched the mindless masses spew profanity at each other, assault each other and basically loose their minds over this sandwich. It is one of the best and largest chicken sandwiches I have eaten at all the fast food restaurants that offer a chicken sandwich. The shrimp, fried chicken breast, french fries and biscuits were delicious also. 5 stars for sure.“

First of all I would like to say that the renovations are awesome!! My server Samari is a very good server. She's congenial, She's kind and she's caring... She is definitely an awesome server hands down!!

“Loved my veggie sub! Great taste. Healthy. And didn't have any package waste. They let us not get the bag which we didn't need. Thanks!! We started to get fast food from food truck at concert but saw too much grease and more Styrofoam than food so luckily found subway!! Usually we eat at sit down restaurant but wanted to get to fun concert.“
