“District Manager Roderick is the absolute best. I was greeted by an employee who was being lazy and told me that it would be 15 minutes when I ordered my food bc she was working a very large order. At this time there were maybe 3 cars in the parking lot and one ahead of me in the drive thru. The car ahead of me drove off and I decided to wait. It did not take 15 minutes it took 5. I brought this to Rodericks attention and the situation was made right. Thank you.“

“As usual, Firehouse Subs delivered exactly what they’re known for. We were immediately greeted when we walked in, which always sets the tone. Our order was taken promptly, and the team made sure to ask if we wanted to upsize. We were given our cups, made our drinks, and before long our food was ready.

Everything came out exactly the way it was supposed to—fresh, well-prepared, and consistent. The staff was friendly and genuinely engaged, which makes a big difference. You can tell they actually care about the product they put out and the experience they provide.

Both mine and my Girls milkshakes were delicious but the thing that stood out the most was our burgers not only were they wonderful but the appearance shocked me. “Ok I was out of the country when Popeyes put their chicken sandwich on the menu. I watched the mindless masses spew profanity at each other, assault each other and basically loose their minds over this sandwich. It is one of the best and largest chicken sandwiches I have eaten at all the fast food restaurants that offer a chicken sandwich. The shrimp, fried chicken breast, french fries and biscuits were delicious also. 5 stars for sure.“

Gave her my name and drive-thru there was no record of me. She said this was a second time of day that the call service messed up. I will give you your piece of for free.
