“I went in today 10/03 and got milkshake & bag of ice. The Mgr that handed it to me i think Shinna (i know it's spelled wrong) was so nice and amazing. She was so friendly. Now last Sat afternoon I went in and got a bag of ice and the Mgr was so nasty and mean. She was not the same sweet sole as today. I just wanted to bragg on the lady today. Thank you.“

“there was a power outage today and my mobile order unfortunately got lost. but, the worker there (wish i remembered her name) tried her best to find it and help me make sure i got my order. i’ve been helped by her in the past and she’s extremely sweet. this zaxbys has definitely got far better management than in the past and my past experiences have been nothing but great. thank you!!“
