“Stopped at. Hardee’s in Adel on our way to Kentucky. The service was awesome the food was hot and fresh the coffee was outstanding. The young lady at the front is a hard worker she is polite while multi tasking.
The staff seem’s happy to be there.

“This is my favorite Wendy's. I love how friendly the staff is. Jaden who took my order was just such a ray of sunshine he could brighten anyone's day. I highly recommend if you are traveling on I75 or just a local of Adel you won't be disappointed. Food is Good. Place is clean and wonderful customer service which is hard to find nowadays.“

“Ordered online and I was impressed that every single customization was 100% correct—the kitchen team is definitely on their game! However, the dining room needs some attention. The self-serve sauce bins had used packets tossed back in them, and several drink options were out. They were also out of forks. Great food, but the lobby maintenance could use a quick refresh.“

“The building is not the newest, it’s an older location, but it is well maintained. The food was good. The buns for our burgers were actually warm, something you don’t get at most fast food places where the bun is straight from a plastic bag. Fries were hot and crispy. Burgers were fully cooked and not too greasy.In our group we all got the $7 lunch meal. Our order was ready quickly and there was seating available with clean tables. The bathrooms were also reasonably clean and stocked. Parking was readily available.Overall we had no complaints.

Parking: The restaurant is located on a corner lot and it’s easy in and out of parking lot.

Dietary restrictions: I had never noticed it before but there is actually a lactose free Dilly Bar on the menu, $2.19.“

“We love Burger King in Adel! Everytime we come the staff is always kind, listens to our order and kindly takes our payment. The food is always fresh and the price, in my opinion, is great because the food is real. You can never go wrong with a flame broiled burger. The whopper with cheese cut in half is my favorite. Definitely deserves 5 stars“

“I had to give up Pizza Hut pizza five years ago when I found out I suffer from Celiac Disease. Today is my husband's birthday and I decided to surprise him with his all time favorite Supreme. When I picked up my online order, I asked whether this location had gluten free pizza and IT DOES! HOORAY! Chris, the manager, offered me a free gluten free pizza to try. Thanks, Chris! Yum, that signature Pizza Hut sauce! I'm giving five stars to the location, not the pizza so much. Gluten free crust is a thin, crunchy style pizza, not Pizza Hut's fault. But I WILL be back!“

“Restaurant was clean and the female that was working was cheerful. Was greeted promptly as walked through the door and she seemed very pleased to take Malory and my order. Food was fresh and store was pleasant. Can’t say enough about the woman working on March 22nd 2026. Wish I had gotten her name, she really made the visit worthwhile.“

“Fast food fish. Fresh and crispy. Employees were nice. General cleanliness was good.
City water here tastes a little brackish. Soda machine needs an inline filter. My water tasted a little eww. Like (-1) well water. Not yuck. But not good. Of you use water to keep your veggies hydrated it will yaste like the water.“

“I have received great customer service every visit. I ordered on the mobile app and my order was correct and ready as soon as I arrived inside to pick it up. When you download the mobile app you are rewarded with a free Big Zak Snack which includes 4 tenders, a side, a piece of texas toast, and a medium drink. I highly suggest downloading the app and picking your order up inside. The drive thru is usually very busy.“

“Food was on point, staff that took brought the order out was good. Only issue was I had my young kids and the teens that were on break sat near us acting out with inappropriate language and behavior. They were clocked out but in uniform at their place of work.“
