I noticed, also, that she offered to take food from the counter to another guest. The burger was great! The fries could have been a little hotter/crispier, but otherwise a great experience!Parking: Plenty of parking available to all.“
“I love this Pizza hut. It's great for mainly delivery and pick up. They only have one table and a couple of waiting chairs. The lobby is small so it's not meant for dine in. But the employees are very helpful when your having an issue with the online system. They know me by hard so they make me cheesy bread because they know I'm going to do the survey. They're always smiling and the food is always great and hot. No complaints at all. Update: they continue impress me. I was over an hr late picking up my order. They had already tossed it. But the sup explained they can't hold it that long and not worry he would remake my order. They weren't even upset I had then to waste ingredients. I really appreciate them.“
“I walked in at almost 10pm, I was delightful greeted by two employees. One of them showed me how to order at the touch screen, very polite and attentive. As the staff prepared my order they appeared to be happy as we joked about unsweetened tea, (seriously who's drinking that stuff?!) I thoroughly enjoyed the staff and each one of their personalities which made my dinner choice even more delightful. My food was prepared quickly and was made perfectly, as I ordered extra on a few items. I'll be returning to this location hoping to see the same faces. I highly recommend this location.“
“An absolute godsend, we stopped in not knowing they were closing in 15 minutes. The two ladies working were eager to help. We were starving after being on the road all day and ecstatic they didn't mind serving us after they had basically shut down for the day. “I went through the drive thru approximately 15-20 minutes prior to closing and I could not have asked for friendlier, more professional service and the food was hot and fresh! I ordered salmon, macaroni and cheese and rice and it was delicious!! Highly recommend these folks!“
“The building is not the newest, it’s an older location, but it is well maintained. The food was good. The buns for our burgers were actually warm, something you don’t get at most fast food places where the bun is straight from a plastic bag. Fries were hot and crispy. Burgers were fully cooked and not too greasy.In our group we all got the $7 lunch meal. Our order was ready quickly and there was seating available with clean tables. The bathrooms were also reasonably clean and stocked. Parking was readily available.Overall we had no complaints.Parking: The restaurant is located on a corner lot and it’s easy in and out of parking lot.Dietary restrictions: I had never noticed it before but there is actually a lactose free Dilly Bar on the menu, $2.19.“
“Clean place with good food and very nice employees. After a horror show at a different BK in Valdosta that was filthy, infested with flies, and had disgusting mushy food, this place was a breath of fresh air! Thank you for the vegan Impossible burger option.“
“I have received great customer service every visit. I ordered on the mobile app and my order was correct and ready as soon as I arrived inside to pick it up. When you download the mobile app you are rewarded with a free Big Zak Snack which includes 4 tenders, a side, a piece of texas toast, and a medium drink. I highly suggest downloading the app and picking your order up inside. The drive thru is usually very busy.“
“I always thought this location was horrible. Today there was a new girl working the drive-through who had no idea what she was doing. I would be excepting of that if she wasn’t rude. The only thing she bothered to say to me was my total. Then when I got done paying, she proceeded to point for me to go to the next window didn’t even tell me, just pointed. However, the manager on staff was exceptional. There was an issue with how my order was listed and the new girl didn’t know how to fix it. He came to the window and was super polite. When I was handed a toy, it was a toy. My daughter had already received, he went out of his way to see if they had a different toy they could give her. Unfortunately, they did not but the way he handled it was extremely professional and completely exceeded my expectations for McDonald’s. I didn’t get his name, but I’m pretty sure he was a manager because of his shirt, and he had duerag on covering his dreads. It just goes to show that you don’t have to do a lot, but that you should show that you care through the little things.“
