I went back yesterday to try again and got the same service as before. I pulled up to the window placed my order, 1 yellow dog no mustard and a small coke. Get to the next window and I am handed a coke with no straw, waited 3-4 minutes to get my one chili dog. I'm handed a bag with no napkins, I asked for napkins and was handed some. I eat at Zacadoo’s Grille frequently, and the food and service are always solid. I did have an issue today with an employee and wasn’t able to reach anyone right away, so I made a post about it. But I have to give credit where it’s due — as soon as I did, the problem was addressed immediately and handled with complete professionalism.

Did not get Zac sauce, mayo or straw for drink. Called and was told it. was put in bag. When i told the delivery person they said they were unable to open the bag I had to call the store which I did.
