“Food was delicious. But...the past 2 times we've tried to eat there it's a hour wait with half the restaurant empty. They told us the online orders come first....but we are standing as a customer in front of them. I feel like they need to make changes or they'll loose customers. Each time this has happened we have left and went elsewhere.“

“As someone who has been on all sides of Wendy's, I'm going to review the Moultrie, GA location honestly. As a teen, I worked there for a year and a half. As a very adult, they were one of my pest control clients, as a 30 year old man, I still eat there frequently. Wendy's, as an employer, is one of the stricter burgers. They have much higher standards than McDonald's and Burger King. It is TRUE when they say the beef is "Fresh, never frozen." Literally. The beef never sees a freezer. It is brought in fresh on refrigerated trucks and places in coolers. It's almost a crime to freeze their beef. The kitchens are kitchens. They my get cluttered, but all employees are required to clean constantly. It stays relatively clean for fast food, and I know this from inspecting hundreds of restaurants' kitchens for a living as a young adult. I was a commercial restaurant inspector for a large pest control chain. As an adult, the food is on the higher end of the fast food spectrum and the service is usually acceptable. Actually, the Moultrie, GA location has one employee that makes me smile and chuckle every time because she's almost TOO friendly. But you can tell she loves her work. Overall, this location gets a great review.“

“I placed a mobile order for 3 desserts but during check out the website crashed, an error message popped up, and I was taken back to the menu page. My cart had completely cleared, and I had to start the order over from scratch. I placed the other order, and this time it went through. I then saw in my confirmation email that both orders were processed even though I got an error message for the first order. I talked to one of the employees on the phone while I was in the drive-through and he said he would ask his manager to give us a refund for the duplicate order. There were about seven cars in front of us so we decided to go inside. We spoke with Carley who was attending us and she was able to talk to the manager about our situation. It seems that the manager had already spoken with the young man that talked to me earlier, because he already knew about the order, and they took care of the refund very quickly. The order was also made very quickly when it was our turn in line. Everyone was very kind. Will return!“

I also want to mention Ty he was so helpful and polite! They are great people at the moultrie, ga store. we will return because of the great food and the Excellent service.“
