Always great food and the cheese dipping sauce is where it's at
The wait is always crazy long, therefore I do not frequent.
Food is always the same, no surprises. Still enjoy the meal deal and appreciate they keep the price pretty good. Its the main thing that makes me come back.
To the young lady working the front counter, an occasional smile wouldn't hurt you or the people you are there to provide service to. Who wants to come spend their money and get a sour face and attitude?!

Despite the slightly greasy beef hotdogs, the food is enjoyable, especially when paired with the famous cheese. The customer service is top-notch, with polite and efficient staff who handle any issues promptly. The ice cream desserts, like the royal cheese cake blizzard and the kids' "cup cake" ice cream, are a hit with families. The atmosphere is a bit outdated, but improvements have been made, such as fixing the exhaust system to eliminate the smoky smell. The staff's professionalism and friendliness are highlighted, along with the delicious chili dogs and banana split blizzards. While there was a hiccup with a mobile order, the staff, including Carley, handled the situation well and provided a quick refund. The parking lot is safe, and overall, this DQ is considered one of the best despite some minor flaws, thanks to their golden ticket - the melty cheese.
