I placed a mobile order for 3 desserts but during check out the website crashed, an error message popped up, and I was taken back to the menu page. My cart had completely cleared, and I had to start the order over from scratch. I placed the other order, and this time it went through. I then saw in my confirmation email that both orders were processed even though I got an error message for the first order. I talked to one of the employees on the phone while I was in the drive-through and he said he would ask his manager to give us a refund for the duplicate order. There were about seven cars in front of us so we decided to go inside. We spoke with Carley who was attending us and she was able to talk to the manager about our situation. It seems that the manager had already spoken with the young man that talked to me earlier, because he already knew about the order, and they took care of the refund very quickly. The order was also made very quickly when it was our turn in line. Everyone was very kind. Will return!

Got there at 9:25pm and it says they close at 10pm and after waiting in the drive through line because the Dine-in was closed, the employees came out at 9:40pm to tell us they close at 9:30pm, all I wanted to order was ice cream, what a waist of my time and gas, ridiculous of them to close so early, what’s the point

This place has went completely downhill the past few years. I ordered ahead on the app. When I got to the store, it was not busy at all. I waited about 15 min before I went to the counter to check on my order and it still wasn't ready. No customers around waiting and they hadn't even started my order. When I did get my order, the onion rings weren't cooked all the way, the Moolatte lacked any whipped cream and wasn't thick at all, the blizzard was a runny mess and they had no ketchup in the ketchup pump or napkins in the dispenser. This was definitely not at all worth any amount of my money and I won't be returning. Do yourself a favor and go to Sonic.

Our blizzards were perfect, person at the window was extremely slow and seemed to have a hard time taking orders (not just ours by sounds of ppl ahead of us)Am sure this will be fixed, we come here 2-3x week for our blizzard fix.. just sad when it takes 11min to receive them from time ordered till in our hands w only 2 cars ahead of us ????

I don't know what was going on today, but my burger was cold. I shouldn't have to ask for hot food at a fast food restaurant. If I wasn't in a hurry, I would have taken it back with the one bite I took out of it and asked for a refund. Maybe I'll have a better experience the next time I visit.
