Marco's Pizza is a local restaurant that has received mixed reviews from customers. While some have previously enjoyed the pizza, recent experiences have been disappointing. Customers report issues with the quality of the food, including the cheesy bread being "not cheesy" and the pizza and bread being "spongy" rather than crisp. There have also been problems with delivery, with one customer waiting an hour and a half for their order and receiving the wrong soda. However, recent reviews also highlight positive experiences, with customers praising the friendly and professional staff who make the ordering process easy and welcoming. Some customers have found that the pizza is very good, especially when freshly served, and consider Marco's becoming their go-to pizza place, surpassing other chain options. The staff is described as kind, handling customers, including children, with kindness and respect. The location is known for southern hospitality, and the environment feels like family for many. Overall, reviews suggest that the quality and service at Marco's Pizza can be inconsistent, but many customers still enjoy the food and friendly atmosphere.
