My mom was going to settle for a caramel shake until I said, "unless you can make a coffee one," not expecting him to say yes. ? We're not sure why it's not on the menu, but we're glad to know where she can find her favorite flavor (which usually makes people go "huh?").“

“Update: this is no longer the best drive-thru. The burgers dont seem fresh they are kind of steamed and flavorless. Fries are still good. Drive through service has gotten slow and unpleasant. Old review: BK in Madison has the best drive thru service and its consistently great. They are fast and they don't mess up your order. Food is always fresh, hot and served with a smile. The girls in the drive through are terrific. I hope they never change this crew.“
