“I come in once a week for breakfast. The food is always great. I love the strawberry banana French toast. Every server I’ve had here has been attentive and friendly. The best part tho is the manager Kimberly. She makes time to stop at my table every time I come in. Sometimes it’s a quick hello and sometimes she takes a seat and just talks to me. It means a lot and I’ll keep coming back as long as she is there. She is such a sweet person.“

“I highly recommend everyone order food from Five Guys. Today, all of us in the ER (CRMC) ordered a delivery order through Postmates. When the food was delivered we realized we were missing 3 sandwiches, so I called them. The girl that answered was incredibly nice and stated that she knew we were missing items but couldn’t get ahold of the delivery driver. She not only delivered the missing sandwiches herself (after we told her we can’t leave to go pick them up) but brought 5 milkshakes with her to make up for the mistake. We are all extremely thankful and appreciative!!“

“I came to Tallahassee to spend Mother’s Day with my lovely daughter, and she brought me here because she’d been wanting to try the food. Everything was absolutely wonderful! I don’t know if it was because it was Mother’s Day, but we got our food so quickly. And the young man, Jacob, working the drive-thru was so polite and kind. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, and he really made our morning special. Such a lovely way to start the day!“

I just went through the drive through and had the most pleasant experience, I wish I would have gotten their names.But the girl that took my order and was at the window for payment was so nice and the guy that brought the food out, same thing. “The food here was great and the staff was very friendly. The only issue that I have is that it's extremely tight. There's only a small drive-thru and about 5 parking spots. If you're in a big truck just pay attention when you pull in. The food is absolutely worth it though. In my opinion theses are the best fries around. I wish we had one in wakulla county. If you're in the area though male sure to stop by and give these guys a try. I'm sure your food will be as hot and tasty as ours was. Thanks checkers crew.“

“Much better location than certain other locations especially ones on Capital circle East or west. The manager has made sure that there's no drips on the cones and the cup was cleaned off so there is nothing to worry about getting on your clothes very nice“

“It was 1030 am and I wanted lunch. Old boy behind the counter said it would be 15 or 20 min for the meat drop. He politely asked me if I wanted any breakfast items, im not a big breakfast person but I'll take a sausage egg and cheese any day. Guy made me the best sausage egg n cheese iv ever had. Then gave it to me for free for the fact of not having lunch available yet. World class service, clean store, cleaned bathrooms, attentive staff. Do it Wendy!“
