“I highly recommend everyone order food from Five Guys. Today, all of us in the ER (CRMC) ordered a delivery order through Postmates. When the food was delivered we realized we were missing 3 sandwiches, so I called them. The girl that answered was incredibly nice and stated that she knew we were missing items but couldn’t get ahold of the delivery driver. She not only delivered the missing sandwiches herself (after we told her we can’t leave to go pick them up) but brought 5 milkshakes with her to make up for the mistake. “I came to Tallahassee to spend Mother’s Day with my lovely daughter, and she brought me here because she’d been wanting to try the food. Everything was absolutely wonderful! I don’t know if it was because it was Mother’s Day, but we got our food so quickly. And the young man, Jacob, working the drive-thru was so polite and kind. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, and he really made our morning special. Such a lovely way to start the day!“

When I told the staff, they immediately jumped into action and went through their trash—without hesitation—to help me find it. Their kindness and willingness to help meant the world to me. That level of customer service is rare and so appreciated. On top of that, the food was absolutely delicious and made fresh. “I was greatly impressed by the very obvious respect put forth by Edie, the one who took my order. When asked my name, the spelling was completed correctly before I got it out. That in itself is a great thing. Then, she addressed me by my name the rest of the time, and remembered it when I came back later to compliment her. Quite frankly, the food could have been 2nd rate and I’m not sure it would have mattered. But, the food was good. But to me the highlight was Edie, who absolutely made my day. What a great ambassador for Whataburger. I don’t kk ow what you pay her, but it’s not enough. Too bad I don’t live closer. I would visit more often.“

“Much better location than certain other locations especially ones on Capital circle East or west. The manager has made sure that there's no drips on the cones and the cup was cleaned off so there is nothing to worry about getting on your clothes very nice“

“It was 1030 am and I wanted lunch. Old boy behind the counter said it would be 15 or 20 min for the meat drop. He politely asked me if I wanted any breakfast items, im not a big breakfast person but I'll take a sausage egg and cheese any day. Guy made me the best sausage egg n cheese iv ever had. Then gave it to me for free for the fact of not having lunch available yet. World class service, clean store, cleaned bathrooms, attentive staff. Do it Wendy!“
