“I highly recommend everyone order food from Five Guys. Today, all of us in the ER (CRMC) ordered a delivery order through Postmates. When the food was delivered we realized we were missing 3 sandwiches, so I called them. The girl that answered was incredibly nice and stated that she knew we were missing items but couldn’t get ahold of the delivery driver. She not only delivered the missing sandwiches herself (after we told her we can’t leave to go pick them up) but brought 5 milkshakes with her to make up for the mistake. We are all extremely thankful and appreciative!!“

“As I walked in there was plenty of seating. I sat at the bar and was greeted after a few minutes. The fried pickle chips were good. The draft beer was good as well. I ordered the cheese burger ant it was really good. The staff was friendly. The food came out in a normal amount of time. Plenty of TVs to watch what you want.“

Its not an elevated bar, and the prices are a bit high, far too much for the location, but the food is actually quite good, and presentation was also above most. The service is pretty good. “On April 18th, 2026 at approximately 5:00pm, my partner and I were fortunate enough to have Lindsey as our waitress. From the moment we sat down, she ensured we had everything we needed (full drinks the whole service, time to order, ect)! While bringing out our appetizers, a guest stepped out in front of her causing some of the chips to spill off the plate. The first thing Lindsey did was apologize (for something that my partner witnessed wasnt her fault) but she offered to bring more chips to make it right. She has an amazing personality and checked on us more than that one time I have experienced at many other restaurants after you get your food. During every interaction, she had me laughing and smiling which I really genuinely appreciated. Quick service, great food, and a wonderful waitress is why we would go back. “Honestly, been going to this location for years, they were open late before COVID and I was working a second job late and would swing by to get a small snack. It was always hot, fresh, and affordable. Prices are more expensive now after COVID (like everywhere else) but their app has good deals.

I accidentally ordered from this location instead of the one by my appointment today. I called telling them I would be able to get over there until it was over and that would be over an hour. They told me there would be no problem and they’d make me food fresh, even when they had already made it. I went by there and they did just that and refused to have me pay again, reassuring me there was no problem.

“Much better location than certain other locations especially ones on Capital circle East or west. The manager has made sure that there's no drips on the cones and the cup was cleaned off so there is nothing to worry about getting on your clothes very nice“
