“La Florida Coffee & Wine has a level of hospitality that is hard to find these days. Everyone who works here has a big heart. I get my iced soy latte in the morning and have a glass of Rose in the evening with a cheese board. Great for having a moment before going out to dinner with friends, for a caffeine pick me up in the afternoon or getting started in the morning with some yummy quiche.“
“The cats were super sweet and friendly. One cat slept in my jacket right next to me, and another on my jacket. I’m not a cat person at all, but the cats there opened a new part of my heart. “I’m not a big fan of cake donuts but these were delicious. They are made to order so you may wait a bit but one of the employees asked me if I knew how many I wanted. She then got to work right away on them. We asked for a dozen and then picked our donuts on a easy to use kiosk. They came out hot and delectable. I recommend eating them right away because the icing etc starts to melt off. The French toast donut was incredible.“

The coffee is delicious and well prepared, unlike a certain Canada based company that serves overpriced burnt bean juice... the available pastries look fresh and the vibe is very laid back. Service is excellent and the line moves quickly. The location is literally on the way to the barber shop, so convenience is no issue. Definitely coming back!“
“I opened a small retail store and wanted to carry a quality line of coffee for my customers. I called the Lucky Goat Coffee company and was directed to Ian Sadler. We met and he gave me a tour of the facility where the magic happens. It was amazing to see the process of the beans being roasted to the finest perfection so I decided that this was the product that I needed for my store. I have done very well as my customers always come back for more. Ean was awesome at explaining the coffee making process. I have made several orders and the customer service is just as awesome as the product itself. I hope to be doing business with this company for as long as they will have me.“

“For as much as I love coffee shops, I tend to pick a select few to partake in and that's it. It usually takes an occasion to get me to break the habit of going to a coffee shop that has been tried and true. The occasion presented itself in the form of a girlfriend. She said there were two of these in town, and well, she had gone to the other one and wanted to go to this one. I indulged her, we went, along with another girlfriend, and had a fabulous time. Parking is plentiful, the service is on point, and the food and drinks are tasty. The only issue here admittedly is that it can get busy, so be on the lookout for that if you want to sip on a latte and study or chat there. The first time around we had no issues grabbing seats, but the second time I just barely got the last seat and I was by myself, so definitely take note. I typically order the white chocolate mocha with non-fat milk and to me it's superb, maybe even better than a certain chain. The food is good. I saw they have some breakfast options like avocado toast, but I usually just have a quiche or something with spinach in it. Will have to return to try more, but at least so far from what I've experienced, this is a solid coffee shop.“
“Really great food, service, and atmosphere. Some of the best wait staff, and worth the wait if you have to. Get here early, as this place is usually busy for a good reason. There is a slight hum in the plumbing if eating inside, but is usually drowned from the noise of the crowd. Eating outside is nice under the oak tree.Parking: The free parking is for cars only, and about 30 spaces. Easy in and out.“

“We stopped by with the kids after scootering around Cascades for ice cream and were happy to see an effort being made to turn this place around : ) We've been coming to Cascades and the Power Plant since it opened and always thought the location was great, but the food quality and offerings were lacking in a BIG way.This trip was different, the staff was amazingly attentive and even offered samples of their new acai bowls - that I have to say were the best I've had in Tally!
