“I go to this location like every day because it’s close to my university. I love it here, and my food is always a 10/10. The employees are super nice as well. I’d definitely recommend coming here. It’s close to FSU and FAMU so it’s super convenient.“
“From Miami and genuinely like the best smoothies I’ve ever tried, better than the ones from pura vida in my opinion and I get those at least once a week! AMAZING service , Addison is really sweet❤Highly recommend this place and would go back to Tallahassee because of it“

“The food is amazing!!! I got several different items including the chocolate clean crunch(amazing), a flatbread with bbq chicken (amazing) and several frozen meals. I haven’t tried the frozen meals but everything else is amazing. The prices were really good for what you get also.“

“Nick who works at this location had such a cheerful good attitude I had to leave a positive remark and it made me want to make Trop a regular stop again. All of the employees had good attitudes and my food and smoothie were made to perfection! Best location out of all the ones in Tallahassee :)“

“I passed by the cafe in HCA several times Friday, going to the best hospital cafeteria. I finally stopped and ordered a few things. The service was absolutely amazing, very friendly. The sandwiches were incredibly delicious and the pancakes, eggs & bacon were better than I've had in a while. The bacon was THICK, it was so thick you could use it as a weapon. And man was it delicious. Highly recommend the shop at HCA and now that I know there's another location, I'll be trying it out as well. Just wish I took some pictures of the food, unfortunately wasn't thinking about it. Next time though...“

“Wish more people came to the reviews to give good workers their props by name so they can get paid more…. I watched a lady come by complaining she got the wrong flavor a WEEK AGO and demanding a free shake while calling the worker “stupid“ for mixing up the cake batter and birthday cake flavors that are right next to each other and are basically the same. Luckily the workers kept their cool while being able to manage the busyness of the store. Couldn’t have been me… happy the workers didn’t quit or beat her up, it takes a lot of self control. And she still walked off satisfied after cursing out the workers who help her. Most of them are usually nice people and easy to talk to , a lot of them still in COLLEGE.“

“Kamala is the absolute BEST. She welcomes us EVERY time with great energy and a huge smile. She is so personable and professional. I had a bad experience last spring with another employee and almost didn’t come back THEN we did and Kamela helped us. She represents the best in customer service and makes us feel like we are her favorite customers.“

“Wayne Moyner, the GM of this Tropical Smoothie reached out to me in regards to a negative review I had left. Once he messaged me I realized I had the wrong tropical smoothie location. Either way, he was on top of his game and tried fixing the problem immediately. Thanks Wayne!“
