“We visit Tallahassee frequently to see family. Our first visit to Kool Beanz will not be our last. The food was amazing. I mean really amazing. We ordered apps of gnocchi and also black bean cakes, both out of this world. Then our entrees were Rainbow Trout, Linguine w/shrimp, Amberjack, and finally duck. Each one was unique and fantastic! We couldn’t stop raving about our meal and the service as equally as great! Can wait to go back!”

I get my iced soy latte in the morning and have a glass of Rose in the evening with a cheese board. They have a wonderful private space that made the perfect place for our family event. The service was AMAZING & the food was delicious! “omgosh amazing food and service. had the pork duo, braises beef ribs, crab cakes, and bread with herb infused oil. definitely a 10/10 in our books. it's not a quick eating place takes about 1.5-2 hours and price is up there so sharing maybe an option especially with what we had but glad we chose our own meals instead of sharing.”

“No legitimate complaint from me, just have to give specific instructions on the toast. In a short way of saying, the toast on my sandwich was too moist/wet from butter/margarine/condensation. Not sure exactly how I'd word my instructions, but the staff was super cool and I'm confident we'll work it out on the next visit. The sandwich, a spicy brisket melt, was everything I expected aside from the toast. My wife had a double cheeseburger and the kids had tenders and were all satisfied.?”

“Small midtown brewery, I've been coming here since they opened. Unfortunately they don't make my favorite, Sprinkle factor anymore, but the sensory overload is quite good. It gets busy and loud on the weekends, there is seating outside and garage doors when it's not too hot or cold. Can't remember if they're pet friendly or outdoor only. They've expanded a lot since I was last here. They distill their own liquor, have a coffee shop now and have several satellite tap rooms now. It's cool that mid town pies moved next door (rip bamboo house??) so you can order there and have them bring it to you while you drink.”

“Tried this place with my family as they recently opened this location. We had three 10” pies as well as garlic knots. Everything was absolutely delicious and fresh. My father-in-law’s pizza got caught on the chains in the oven and had a huge hole in it. Not only did they come out and tell us, but also made his pizza again AND gave us a complimentary order of garlic knots for the inconvenience. All of the staff was so polite and courteous, it felt like we had been there many times before despite being our first time. I would HIGHLY recommend this location and WILL be returning every trip to Tallahassee.”

“This is a wonderful locally-owned spot located in Railroad Square. I thought they just did water ice, so I although I knew about them, I had not been yet. But then I realized they have a full menu and since I am a sucker for chicken cheesesteaks, I had to check them out. The food is fresh and prepared to order and the wait is definitely worth it. I paired my cheesesteak with their fried pickles, which were lightly breaded and perfect. I added one of their Pucker Punch specials, which pairs lemonade with your choice of water ice flavors (I went with mango). It was very refreshing and before I left I grabbed a pine colada version for my hubby (who said it was delicious) and added some blueberry water ice scoops to what was left of my original drink. The staff was super friendly and working diligently to get everyone what they ordered as soon as they could. I will definitely be back!”
