Everything was very good. The only reason I gave a 4 for atmosphere is because it was so cold that it was actually uncomfortable. As I was walking in from getting a sweater out of my car there was another woman walking out to do the same. I said something to the manager when we were being seated, but she said she had to keep it this cold so the cooks could be a little cool as they only have one ac unit for the whole building.
Went through the drive-thru, ordered a four meat combo and Southwest roll with a sweet tea. I got home and realized there was a little hiccup with the baby back ribs. I called the restaurant spoke to manager, Sarah. She told me to come back and they’ll take care of it. I came back to the drive-thru, it took maybe about five minutes, and let’s just say her team went above and beyond.
