“My husband and I came for dinner tonight in the rain. After we ate, an employee walked us to our car with an umbrella in the pouring rain. Our waitress was super friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Crystal River for their food but also for their excellent customer service. What a great team!“

“The food is good. The customer service is great. They just need to update their picture. the advertise as a picture, FULL SIZE FILLETS for the catfish. In reality, you get ONLY 2 FILLETS CUT IN HALF. Tybria is great as the bartender tho.“

“The food was pretty good. Overall atmosphere was okay. Loud, vulgar rap music was mixed in with R&B. The service is the downside. The waitress we had was good, but she was overwhelmed. She was taking care of at least 5 tables that I could easily see. The restaurant wasn't busy at the time we were there, but there were 4 other employees plus the hostess standing around at the front door.“

“This is our new favorite restaurant! We drove 2 hours just eat here and it didn’t disappoint. We had sushi from the secret menu, stuffed shrimp, and bread pudding with ice cream. It was amazing! Our waitress Victoria was fantastic too! She recommended our entree and dessert and was spot on! We will be back!“
