However half way through my dinner (I ordered 1 lbs of snow crab and 1 lbs of crawfish) and I noticed there was a HAIR in my food. I notified my server and he told me that he would take it off my order and bring me a whole new order. When my new order came it was half a cluster of crab and 3 crawfish. Ridiculous. Then I get the bill and they literally tried to charge me full price for everything. The manager who refused to give me her name had the audacity to tell me it was my fault and that I already ate half my food. And that I should have noticed sooner that there was a HAIR IN MY FOOD. After arguing back and forth the "best they could do was "30%". Are you kidding me?? I've gotten better service at McDonald's. This was the worst service by far I have ever received at Craft Crab. I am absolutely appalled at this woman. How she is a manager is beyond me. Do not come here if you expect to be treated with any human decency. IF I COULD RATE - Stars I would.“
“Omg!!!! I'm visiting and came to this restaurant two nights in a row and got the SAME thing!!!! The food is absolutely immaculate!!!! I had the ribeye, mashed potatoes and asparagus!!! Brylee was our server both nights and she did amazing job! Quick and very kind! I graduated from FAMU and look forward to coming back during homecoming. This is my new favorite place in Tallahassee! I look forward to trying the spot in Destin! The ambiance was very nice and chill. Definitely a great spot for a date or just a dinner.“

“When my mom and I first moved to Tallahassee, FL, in November, we were exploring to see what it has to offer as far as food. While my mother was driving around, I saw a billboard of this seafood place and told my mom we should check it out. So, we did during lunchtime, and I have to say the food is incredible and the lady who works there is friendly. The shrimp po-boy is hella delicious, and the fries are very tasty as well. I would say the amount of food you get is good. I also tried Their wings, which also very good. I highly recommend for if you have a craving for seafood.“

It can be soggy mushy and just plain ehh. BUT everything was made to PERFECTION! “Awesome!! Came Saturday around 1:30pm and got smoked Mahi dip and a burger to share. Also had 2 beers and 4 mimosas and it was under $35. Jenn and Jarvis were amazing. Very attentive and checked on us frequently. Food was on point and came out quick. Definitely coming back. Thanks guys!“

When I arrived I was a little iffy about placing my order especially when I saw someone having a hard time at the window, but once I got to the window the young lady was super nice and helpful. I never ate here but I love seafood, so I asked for her suggestion. Which she suggested a special called the jingle box. First , great suggestion it was so delicious. The snow crabs were succulent, and I got to say the added on seafood rice and broccoli were great as well. The wait was a little longer than other places I’ve been too but I did see everything was cooked fresh so it made sense. “Accidentally rolled up on this place while getting gas a nearby Costco. The storefront looked inviting so I decided to give it a try. I order the crispy combination of Mahi, shrimp, and Wharfcake. The shrimp was 9 outta 10, but the Mahi and Wharfcake werent as great......7 outta 10. I got the red beans and rice and collards as my too sides. They were both hot and delicious......8 outta 10. I also ordered fried oysters and banana chocolate cake for dessert. The oysters were good but a little greasy. 7 outta 10. But the banana chocolate cake moist and flavorful.....10 outta 10. The only true negative to my experience there was that they didnt have takeout eatware. Overall my experience was there was great and I would definitely return in the future.“

It was loaded with protein and very tasty. I recommend paying the up charge to get your rice on the side. The chicken was a 2/5. It was okay, not as flavorful as the gumbo and slightly fishy.
