“Some of our food was good, some not so good. The mixed appetizer was not fresh - it appeared to have numerous reheated items. I'll skip that next time. The lamb dish was very greasy and the meat fatty. The flavor was good. Butter chicken flavor was good. The service was very slow and inattentive despite only a few people dining. Overall underwhelmed. Has been better in the past.“

I had the best torta I’ve ever tasted, the bread was perfectly fresh and soft, and every bite was bursting with flavor. It’s hard to find something this authentic back home in Valdosta. I also tried their aguas frescas, and they were incredibly refreshing and flavorful. My 10-year-old daughter ordered tacos and surprised me by eating four! She said they were the best tacos she’s ever had.This place is absolutely worth the drive. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for anyone craving true Mexican flavors!“

“My girlfriend, my self and one of our friends were heading back to Panama City from Orlando, and we didn’t want to stop for fast food. I found this GEM and decided to give it a try, as none of us have ever heard of it. My friends in Tallahassee, that have gatekept this place from us, shame on you. I cannot wait to drive back through this way again to ensure another visit. We also met Hades, walking through the garden, I have changed his name to Arugula, I’ll see him again soon. “I happened to be staying in Tallahassee for the week for training. I have lived in South Korea twice for a year each time and I miss the food the most. I stopped in to order the Chicken Bulgogi and asked if they could make it spicy. The staff was extremely kind and suggested I take some pepper powder just in case because they didn't want to make it too spicy. This was an excellent suggestion as it let me control how much more I wanted to add. The food was excellent and immediately took me back. If you are looking for an authentic experience with a courteous staff definitely give this place a shot. I will be coming back the next time I am in town.“

“Can we give this 6 or 7 stars??? I need this in Texas!?!? We stopped in Tallahassee for the night, on our way to Orlando. Our favorite part of our road trips, is finding places to eat we can’t find at home. And pizza is my husband’s fave. I don’t normally gravitate to pizza, but this menu had my attention! We ordered the Honey Pig and and pepperoni with marinated portabella mushrooms. These were, simply put, the best pizzas we have had to date on a road trip! Hands down! If I could come back through on the way home and order two more to take home, I would! Awesome job, KEEP GOING!!!!! And whoever is reading reviews , trying to decide, JUST ORDER IT! You won’t be disappointed!“

“This authentic Mexican restaurant, San Miguel, has been in service in Tallahassee, FL., since 1995. I've lived here my entire life and never been until today. It is so good. The price was better than others around but did not lack that amazing hispanic flavor. $40 for me and my fiance. Would highly recommend a visit when you start wanting Mexican 🌮“

“This is the REALEST WAFFLE HOUSE ON THE PLANET!!!! This crew is the liveliest crew EVER! They argue sometime yes, but what real functioning family doesn’t? The cook maintains balance and order and still gets orders out quickly. What ever people say in the other reviews about the server is wrong. She really cares about her customers and works hard to keep her tables clean just gets a little sidetracked but the core is THEY CARE! Every time I come in people give this crew a run for their money!!! They always DELIVER! Not bad entertainment. These are the most human like and humble Waffle houses I’ve been in.
