“Highly recommend Black Radish. My husband and I are in town for our anniversary and were lucky enough to find this vegetarian-friendly place. The atmosphere is welcoming and bright, the kitchen is open, and the staff are nice.We ordered the tofu lettuce wraps, bubble potatoes, and sweet potato flautas. Bubble potatoes are light and fluffy with a bang bang (spicy-ish) sauce, flautas were filled with roasted sweet potatoes, and the main dish - the lettuce wraps - were build your own with sides of jalapeno, peanuts, kim chi, mint, cilantro, and sauces. All were delicious! One of the owners, Matthew, stopped by our table to make sure we were having a good experience. Upon finding out it was our anniversary dinner he gave us a dessert of our choice! We had the peanut butter ice box pie - and it was light, airy, chocolatey, and the peanut was present but subtle. We plan to return for dinner tonight to try a few more dishes...and the carrot cake!“
“We had a lovely dinner at The Huntsman! We started at the bar while we waited for our table. Our favorite cocktail was The Woodsman. Our server, Luis, was fantastic! We enjoyed all his food and drink recommendations. The eggplant appetizer and Japanese wagyu strip are a must try!“
“Amazing appetizers and pineapple cider, which I enjoy sampling with my girlfriend. It stays extra warm in the covered patio bar area with multiple heaters and plastic sheeting to keep out any wind.Parking: It's complimentary valet parking, but I wish you weren't locked into this being the only option. I know that real estate is very tight in this neighborhood, so all of the surrounding lots have to have tow-away zones.“
“This was my first time going to Harry's everything is so nice from greetings, severs, and waitresses the food is so good and they give you so much food you'll need a carry out I enjoyed myself and the scenery you have a choice to sit at the bar, booth, table or outside I will be going back.“
“We came here for their Fat Tuesday celebration and it did not disappoint! The staff was extremely friendly and chatting with everyone. The live music was amazing and the atmosphere itself was welcoming and lively. It was my first time visiting, and I will be sure to visit again. They have great happy hour specials and the menu looks tasty too!“
“Awesome!! Came Saturday around 1:30pm and got smoked Mahi dip and a burger to share. Also had 2 beers and 4 mimosas and it was under $35. Jenn and Jarvis were amazing. Very attentive and checked on us frequently. Food was on point and came out quick. Definitely coming back. Thanks guys!“
“First visit to Tallahassee since our son graduated in 2012. Great atmosphere and great food and service. Place was packed so we sat at the bar. Quick and friendly service from the bartender. The BLT dip was delicious and so were the MadSo burger and fries. We will be back.“
“Had a great time there I met a really cool guy who gave me a beer when I really needed one you was very sweet met another guy named Sean who was very cool all around the great place I would invite my family and friends there I recommend to anyone“
“I love this small family run Italian restaurant. The Bubble Bread alone is reason to come! The rest of the food will keep you coming back. They always have fresh ingredients and the specials are always intriguing and delicious! My fave is the Braised Short Rib Ravioli. It's so good!“
“Met my future wife there in 1979. Came back last week to toast her after she passed. It had been 30 years since I passed thru the doors and it was all still the same as it was back in the day. We had a lifetime of fun in Poor Paul's. Now my kids can take over the dartboard and pool tables. Thanks guys.“
“I had the best experience here recently. I brought a large group and, our waitress, Lissette managed it brilliantly. She took orders and organized them all with finesse and humor. The food was delivered hot and our drinks stayed full. I highly recommend them for making last minute arrangements for my large group and Lissette for her amazing customer service.“
“This is the perfect dive craft beer bar. The guys behind the bar are knowledgeable about craft beer and the selection on tap and in cans or bottles rivals anyone in town.Parking: It’s located on the ground floor of the strip mall between Whataburger and Aldi. There is plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s on the ground level.“

“Tried this place with my family as they recently opened this location. We had three 10” pies as well as garlic knots. Everything was absolutely delicious and fresh. My father-in-law’s pizza got caught on the chains in the oven and had a huge hole in it. Not only did they come out and tell us, but also made his pizza again AND gave us a complimentary order of garlic knots for the inconvenience. All of the staff was so polite and courteous, it felt like we had been there many times before despite being our first time. I would HIGHLY recommend this location and WILL be returning every trip to Tallahassee.“
“Please be aware that the minimum you can spend with a card is $10 as of 1st April 2023. The ladies' bathroom had about 40 people in line. I wish I were joking. Use the restroom before coming here, and dont drink too much or walk to the McDonals across the street. The place gets very full, the floor is wet, and at the end of the night, it is full of plastic cups, ice, and alcohol. People will bump into you, a lot of people. If you do not care about all this, you can have fun all night long until they close. I had fun with my friends. Good selection of music. Mostly, all drinks are $5.“
“Good Brunswick tables. Friendly staff. My APA league played there tonight and the place was clean, cool, my friends all saue food was good. Expensive drinks tho... if you want to play for a few hours ouke we do, you'll end up going to another spot for a night cap after.“
“Absolutely love coming to kava. Was invited here once and have been coming back multiple times a week ever since. The environment is literally such a vibe and once you drink a little kava and/or a little kratom you become one with the vibe. 10/10 would recommend“
“Warhorse has always been my favorite bar in Tallahassee. I used to go to the Gaines St location, and I was ecstatic when this one opened. There may be bars in town that offer fancier drinks, but nothing beats Warhorse in terms of value. They have a great variety of whiskey and friendly bartenders who are always willing to be helpful with drinks and whiskey choices. It also doesn't hurt that Gaines St. Pies is connected to them!“
“It's such a cute little hidden gem. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We had the parmesan garlic oysters and blue crab fingers. So delicious! Their cocktail sauce was different and had a nice spice to it. The portions definitely filled us up. The bonus was that they had a cute patio to sit on, which had pretty views. Will definitely go back.“
“Used to come here when it was McGowens. I know it's changed hands a few times since they closed but to walk in here & see the lighter, fresher colors was amazing. Nothing against McGowen's - it was a pub afterall, but it felt so new. And having mostly lighter fare (seafood, chicken, vegetarian choices) helped give this a delightful venue to try. Normally I always take pics but I forgot this time. They still have multiple draft options but they also include a daiquiri list (not frozen) & Mojito choices. I tried the grilled pineapple mojito & Hemingway daiquiri - both very good! My husband & I ordered the grilled jalapeño corn dip & the roasted garlic and white bean bruschetta to start, I chose the (half size) goat cheese & beet salad while my hubby had the southern smash burger! No desserts - we were too full. Our server (Tory I think her name was) was a delight! Definitely will be back!!! Check them out on Instagram at Rae's.TLH or their website: raesrestauranttlh.com“
“This is one of those "Holy! Hole in the wall bar, Batman!" places you really want to rate low, to keep the word from getting out and spoiling the fun! If you know, you know...there's no place like Palace. The Palace Saloon is a vibe, its a family, it's 'Cheers' from 3 til 10...where everyone knows your name, and the bartender has your order waiting for you at your favorite spot, belly up to the bar. The Palace Saloon is Gameday Central during the fall, Sunday Funday's, Race Day; #CAUTION!!!, Fantasy football leagues, saki bombs, Superbowl hot wing challenges, wine chugs, misfits, and other such degenerates, it's just good old fashioned fun! To sum it up... There's no Palace like home, and Palace will always be home.“

“"Wow! What an incredible experience at Warhorse in Tallahassee! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Pat, the bartender, blew us away with his unparalleled knowledge of bourbon. He guided us through their impressive selection with expertise and enthusiasm. Cassidy was also a delight, providing top-notch customer service throughout our visit. The food was outstanding – we devoured a large pizza and cheese bread, but the real star of the show was the ranch dressing! Creamy, flavorful, and absolutely addictive. From start to finish, our experience at Warhorse was nothing short of exceptional. We'll definitely be back for more bourbon, delicious food, and the warm hospitality of Pat and Cassidy. Highly recommend!"“
“Overall there was a great selection of beer. Service was great and very responsive. This would be a great place to hang out at on a nice day as there is a pretty nice patio/deck area. Unfortunately, they were out of beef when we were there and the chicken tacos were blah. I feel like they left off a bunch of ingredients.“
“I took my 20 something daughter and son to the Rocky Horror Picture Show at Fire Betty's. The staff was great, the show was a beautiful slice of nostalgic bliss. I haven't had this much fun in decades. I will 100% be back next week. We didn't eat any food but I will gladly in the future. Absolutely a fun experience and I can't say a negative thing at all.UPDATE (Nov. 9 2023). 3 trips to Fire Betty's for Rocky Horror and a 4th to see a comedy show featuring Ben Brainard. Every time has been a fun experience, I will definitely be back again in the future. Tekk Johnson (comedy show host) was absolutely hysterical and I hope to see more of his act in the future. Inexpensive tickets and a great selection of drinks have made Fire Betty's an easy choice for Date Night with the wife and I will be taking my son to see Mircro Wrestling in December. Now stop reading this review and go buy the tickets for whatever show struck your fancy.“
“A place that genuinely never fails when it comes to special outings. My wife and I are always welcomed to a wonderful atmosphere with friendly servers. Waitimes are pretty long depending on the day, but is normal due it being very popular and busy.Food quality wise 9/10- only being that once in a blue moon that our steaks are overcooked, but the manager was absolutely helpful in getting the situation a priority.Service 10/10- its quite rare to find perfect service, but this pace never falls short.Atmosphere 8/10- place has a nice atmosphere, but sometimes I do tend to find that the places where we are seated is kinda messy at the tips of our feet. Not to much of a problem on the table.Overall the top 3 in all of tallahasee in terms of best go-to spots.“
“This location is very clean and family friendly. I would have given 5 stars, had it not been for Caleb at the bar. The games and activities are super friendly and clean. I was very impressed. The reason for the four stars instead of five is the fact that Caleb was such an overt jerk. I asked for a margarita, he made it and almost immediately realized he didn't know how to make a margarita. I suffered through for about 30 minutes until I decided I just couldn't drink the colored water anymore. I went back and asked him to switch it out with a glass of wine, explaining that the drink was too watery. Immediately he started getting defensive, saying, "you've had it for a while, so it's not my fault it's watery", I stopped him and told him, "I'm not saying this is your fault, I just want wine, thanks".“
“Stopped by on a Sunday for some mimosas and wound up grabbing some food after looking at the menu. Bartenders were awesome, barely a free seat while we were there yet they were attentive and quick with the service. We got the chicken and waffle cone and the brunch melt and both were great.“
“Ordered Spicy Edamame, Spicy Salmon Roll-fried, Rainbow Roll, and a ginger saladPerfect amount of food and variety. Tastes great and service was like A+++ Jimmy was super friendly, not a helicopter server, but had some great jokes and was very helpful with getting him settled in to eat after a busy day of school. 100% recommend this place!Kid-friendliness: Relaxed enough to enjoy dinner, music at a great level to listen. We could pick where we wanted to sit!“
