Met my future wife there in 1979. Came back last week to toast her after she passed. It had been 30 years since I passed thru the doors and it was all still the same as it was back in the day. We had a lifetime of fun in Poor Paul's. Now my kids can take over the dartboard and pool tables. Thanks guys.
Best damn bar in town, need I say any more? This has been my favorite Tallahassee bar for years. Drinks are reasonably priced and if you get lucky on a wheel spin you get whatever you spent on that drink (or pitcher!!) in credit for another drink. great dart boards and pool tables, and unlike many other Tally bars, there are actually places to sit. Also a great place to have a smoke while you throw a dart, what more could you ask for? Perfect location, has a parking lot too

Tuesday night's is lady's night which means free drafts and wells. Can't argue with that. There's also pool, darts and card games. The bartenders are friendly and the regulars are alright. ?
