“Hmm. Okay, here's my review... I almost assumed the place was named after the owner, but it turns out that's not the case. What I did find was a locally owned spot with personality, a creative owner, and a team that cares about doing things right. I visited two nights. First night, the assistant manager jumped in to cover and kept things moving. Second night, a new bartender was training, and I loved hearing, take your time, get it right. That shows. Doing it and doing it and doing it well. Doing it and doing it and doing it well. Doing it and doing it and doing it well. Great drinks, fair prices, respectful service. It's a college town bar, relaxed and unpretentious, and I appreciated that. I also respected that the owner keeps pets outside of a busy bar. Smart call. I'll be back when I'm in town.
