Can we give this 6 or 7 stars??? I need this in Texas!?!? We stopped in Tallahassee for the night, on our way to Orlando. Our favorite part of our road trips, is finding places to eat we can’t find at home. And pizza is my husband’s fave. I don’t normally gravitate to pizza, but this menu had my attention! We ordered the Honey Pig and and pepperoni with marinated portabella mushrooms. These were, simply put, the best pizzas we have had to date on a road trip! Hands down!...read full review
Tried this place with my family as they recently opened this location. We had three 10” pies as well as garlic knots. Everything was absolutely delicious and fresh. My father-in-law’s pizza got caught on the chains in the oven and had a huge hole in it. Not only did they come out and tell us, but also made his pizza again AND gave us a complimentary order of garlic knots for the inconvenience. Great pizza and friendly staff. Their lunch special slice of 🍕 pie and a salad 🥗 is perfect.

Gaines Street Pies offers a similar vibe to its namesake location. The friendly staff and clean establishment cater to an older clientele. The variety of beers pairs well with their delicious pizzas, making it a must-try spot. The pizza is always good and the best on a road trip. You won't be disappointed. However, the hummus platter is always served different with no consistency.
