The pizza is consistently undercooked at this location. Even after ordering well done a small corner of the pie will have some color while the rest is a floppy mess. Used to the best pizza in town but this staff could care less.

Went to Tallahassee for the weekend to do some biking and hiking. Was craving some pizza after one of our rides and saw place was close to where we were staying so we decided to give it a try. Ordered garlic knots and an 18" This Is Animal pizza. Both the garlic knots and pizza were undercooked. The pizza was like a wet noodle when picking up a slice. We were a little short on time so didn't ask for them to fix the items. A bit disappointed to say the least, considering the good reviews.

Always a good time at Gaines Street! We used to frequent the one on actual Gaines street and this one has a very similar vibe! The clientele is on the older side, and by older I mean just not college aged, and it’s just a really nice establishment! Staff is super friendly and everything was very clean! You can’t go wrong with ordering ANYTHING from this place!
Nowadays, there are so many different types and tastes of beer. It's nice to be able to talk to a barkeeper and get a good recommendation at something new but something you like to taste of then I ordered my pizza having enjoyed the beer and pizza is just delicious. So you can go in and buy beer and get pizza it taste really good. You should give it a try.

Honestly, this is the best pizza I have ever had. The crust is perfect — not too thick, with the perfect blend of chew and crunch. I really like that you can buy it by the slice and their lunch special (slice, salad and drink) is very reasonably priced.

Sitting in a brewery deciding what we want to eat we came across Gaines Street Pies Pizza which delivered to our bar seats. Sold. We decided on a honey pigs pizza because of the smoked andouille sausage, sounded really good. It wasn't a disappointment at all, except there could have been a little bit more stuff on the pizza, yet the flavor of the smoked and smoked andouille sausage really came out. The candy jalapenos and honey really came through on the pizza and made the taste very savory and sweet. I'm a crust person and I really liked the chewy crest it just was almost a perfect pizza for me except there could have been a little bit more stuff on it but I was very happy with what I had.
Overpriced trash!!! Employees need to explain deals more clearly, the white sword pizza is dry af like cardboard, and the bathroom is dirty. Paid for $40 to leave thoroughly upset. This location sucks.

We love the original Gaines Street Pies but this location has the exact same ingredients and quality. Same menu same flavor. Zoe the server/bartender is wonderful. Draft beer available. Small interior seating with patio as well. Fast service, cold drinks, fresh food. If this is your closest pizza spot you should be a regular.
