The Huntsman offers a wonderful first time experience with delicious and creative plates, great cocktail options, and some of the best service in Tallahassee. The food is complex but all the flavors blend well, with rather generous portions for a fancier dinner. Getting a 5 course dinner is like a complete release of serotonin and joy. The best steak in Tallahassee by a mile is available. The evening is fabulous, and server Luis is extremely attentive, welcoming, knowledgeable, descriptive, kind, and helpful. He remains positive and makes the meal a true experience. Overall, it is an awesome experience and by far the best restaurant in Tallahassee.
