“Food was so amazing! So pleasantly surprised. They even gave my small dog a pup cup but it wasn’t the typical whipped cream like Starbucks….it was a little cup of shredded beef. So sweet and she loved it! Signs at the drive up window made me laugh and added more to the experience. Even though the inside want open at this time, it was still such a great experience and would go out of my way to go eat there again. Good thing we looked up the place on google first though bc there is no sign outside. I would have had no idea this was here otherwise. Sad I ALMOST missed out on this food. So glad I didn’t. The girl at the window was super sweet. Highly recommend. You can tell everything in the menu will be good.“

“Just passing thru and stopped for some great breakfast and that is exactly what I got 100/100 for food cooked properly/greet customers service time was write all the waround she prolly don’t get the reconization she deserves but if it want for her the store would crash and burn “There’s something that needs to be said about the dedication and commitment Stephanie shows every single day at Huddle House. Being a manager is more than just making schedules and handling paperwork—it’s about leading a team, solving problems, supporting employees, and creating an environment that keeps customers coming back. Stephanie puts her heart into this store and genuinely wants to see it succeed. What makes it frustrating is watching someone who works so hard to build a positive workplace continually have their authority questioned or undermined. A manager can only be successful when they are trusted and allowed to manage. When decisions are made over their head or their ability to lead is restricted, it doesn’t just affect them—it affects the entire team and ultimately the customers. The store has faced challenges from workplace drama and negativity that have impacted employee morale and customer experiences. When conflict becomes the focus instead of teamwork, productivity suffers, employees become discouraged, and customers notice the difference. In a business built on service and hospitality, that can have a real impact on sales and reputation. Stephanie has demonstrated that she cares about the employees, the customers, and the future of the store. She shows up, puts in the work, and takes responsibility for the success and failures of the restaurant. Leadership should recognize that commitment and empower her to do the job she was hired to do. The strongest stores are built when management is supported, respected, and trusted to lead. Stephanie has earned that trust through her work ethic and dedication. Giving her the ability to fully step into her role would not only benefit her team but would strengthen the entire store. Sometimes the people closest to the day-to-day operations have the clearest understanding of what the business needs, and their voice deserves to be heard.” I definitely will be back in a we weeks to see the success she has made.. the downgrading her in front of customers and telling her she don’t know how to do her job and how she should be fired is not cool and that came from her boss I gathered that information later on about it. I pray and hope you see the success this girl has done and continues to strive.“
