I felt guilty for comming in so late. I am on my way to Texas. And since it was next to my hotel. I went over. They would have sat me down and served me. Graciously and with a smile. You can really feel the good vibe in their. By all the employee's. A special shout out to. SHAYLA N ABBY. who took their time with me. They didn't care that they were closed actually. What makes it frustrating is watching someone who works so hard to build a positive workplace continually have their authority questioned or undermined. A manager can only be successful when they are trusted and allowed to manage. The store has faced challenges from workplace drama and negativity that have impacted employee morale and customer experiences.
