What makes it frustrating is watching someone who works so hard to build a positive workplace continually have their authority questioned or undermined. A manager can only be successful when they are trusted and allowed to manage. When decisions are made over their head or their ability to lead is restricted, it doesn’t just affect them—it affects the entire team and ultimately the customers. The store has faced challenges from workplace drama and negativity that have impacted employee morale and customer experiences.
