“I've been to many Mexican restaurants around Florida, but when it comes to taste, this was by far the best. The salsa actually had flavor, unlike the tomato sauce at most Mexican restaurants. The steak tasted like they really did marinate it, the chicken was juicy, and the shrimp popped with flavor. I also like the vibe and absolutely loved the style of the booths. They are recessed into the wall and it's almost like your own little section. The prices are also great. It was only 12 dollars for fries with steak, chicken, shrimp, and onions and peppers. Also only $5 for guacamole that's usually almost $10. Will definitely be going again. If only I didn't live in Jax“
“We met the new GM the day before the hurricane hit us and I have to say he is a man of his word when he said things were going to change for the best! Absolutely correct! The food is so much better and the employees are so much nicer! Totally impressed with how he has turned this store around. Thank you Sir. Thank you to all the awesome employees trying so hard!“
“I only gave the food a 4, not because I didn't like it. The Burrito Monterey was actually quite good. I love that they give a side black beans with your salsa. Something I have never seen in a restaurant. The queso is top notch! Salsa is a little runny, some more chunks of tomato and maybe a touch more spice would be wonderful.I just can't get over how good their service is. They were in the weeds, yet were attentive, refills on drinks, extra salsa and chips. Awesome! If I could give the 6 stars I would.If you're in the mood for a good meal and literally the best service I have experienced in a busy restaurant! Please stop by and grab a bite..“
