I got the Nachos Supreme but they were so dry wasn't any cheese on them. he told me that they only put shredded cheese on the nacho Supreme which I showed him there wasn't even any shredded cheese. but rather than offer me some cheese to put on there he just told me he's sorry and to have a good evening SMH just an offer to add more cheese would have been enough to make me happy and come back“

“Passing through on our way to Atlanta. This place was close to our hotel and had a covered patio where they welcomed our toy poodle. THEN, the service, the food! Best oysters on the half shell ever - rivaling the Oyster Bar in Grand Central Station in New York City. Fried green tomatoes - delicious! Popcorn shrimp terrific! Yummy Cole slaw and cheesy grits. I was amazed and delighted to have found this treasure. Such friendly and fun staff served us very quickly and graciously. Great experience!!!“

We have been anxiously waiting for the new building and was finally able to experience Austin’s in its new location (right behind the old location) and it didn’t disappoint! The food is still great, the service still friendly and the restaurant still nostalgic. “Everything was great. Our server was excellent, her name started with a K I'm pretty sure and it was the night before her last day to go be a teacher after attending Valdosta State. She was so great to us. The food was super good. We had the pot pie and the Monte Cristo with croissants, Broccoli casserole and everything was yummy 😋“
