“On yesterday afternoon I met two amazing young women .. they greeted me welcoming me in .. and knew about the prom code the first location I stop to on lake Jackson I was told they not doings there’s until 27 I told the young lady the the day it will end so she played like she was on the phone with her boss she wasn’t so I left and that’s when I met these tow amazing young who seem to know all about running DK I’m looking at future management“

“At the self-service kiosk where I placed my order and paid for my food I was very surprised to be prompted to tip the employees of the store for bagging up the two muffins we ordered. Talk about tip creep they're now no longer even taking our orders manually we're responsible for that and we're supposed to tip them for doing the very basics of their job? Lost a lot of respect for Dunkin' Donuts in that moment.“

“Tallahassee runs on Dunkin apparently.. even the coffee somehow tastes like donuts and I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing. However, I tried their Dunkin' midnight dark roast and I totally dig it, good bold rich flavor.“
“I’m writing this for the exceptional front counter service I received. The manager was at the drive window and attentive to all the employees and customers. She was a force and gem! I made the mistake of online ordering to a location 20 minutes away. She valued my patronage and produced the order for the sake of my convenience. The front counter girl was very nice as well. Everything was fresh and clean, considering it was a day after Labor Day weekend. Good job 👏“
“When in just to get a cup of coffee we had to stop because they have a restroom and had to do an order on the electronic pad or whatever that thing is. Had a little trouble using it and doesn't seem like anyone was willing to help eventually figured it out and I guess that's just me being technologically not advance“
“I was so impressed the last time I was here I just drove across the city passed other locations just to come here. The manager was training a 1st day employee and they both went above standard. Brewed my hot coffee fresh just for me too. Justin,Travis, and Z 😁“
“I visit Dunkin whenever I’m on a long drive, so I have been to a lot. The service at this Dunkin is wonderful. They have enough workers and the staff is quick, capable and friendly.
The building is small and I wouldn’t linger but if you need to grab a coffee or a sandwich this is your place.“

“Stopped in to get coffee ☕️ and donuts 🍩. Everything was delicious. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Taracia brought up the promotional that dunkin was advertising. She explained everything well and I purchased the 6 donuts 🍩 and received a beautiful tote bag. So happy we stopped in at the right time. We will definitely be back again this way. Loved 😍 my tote bag and dunkin. Thank you Taracia for the great service.“
“I’ve been going to this Dunkin since starting at FSU and it has only gotten better. The staff has only gotten friendlier and the food has only gotten not only better but more consistent. If I could give every employee a Medal of Honor I would.“

“I went through the drive thru and ordered the new fruit punch donut. The guy at the window asked if I liked that flavor, I had never tried it before. He advised me to try it before leaving, so I did, and that was the most disgusting donut I’ve ever tasted. He gave me a new donut. New favorite employee, but seriously, don’t order the donut unless you were one of those kids who liked the taste of fruity medicine.“
