7:30am and the doors weren't opened. The service was terrible when they finally opened the doors. We were the first people there and it took 20 minutes for 3 coffees, a croissant, and hash browns. They seem to only care about the drive through line. The visit was a disaster.
Everytime I come into this location there is always something wrong with my order. They have given me the wrong donut and have forgotten to put espresso in my drink w couple times now. Each time I go I hope it's different but they haven't changed. I paid $8 for a donut and medium cup of milk which should be a latte. I won't be going back

Dunkin has some okay coffee, but it's inconsistent. Sometimes you will get good customer service and sometimes you get not-so-great service. The donuts are OK but I love their cream cheese bagel bites.
