Best taco bell experience ever..
We ordered mostly chalupas. The chalupas were cold, the cheese didn't even melt, and half of our order was wrong. But they got my burrito right so that was good.
My order ended up taking a little longer than expected. But none of that matters when you have such a kind and very communicative staff. The manager even allowed me to get an item free for the inconvenience. Which speaks greatly on the value that is put into customer service and satisfaction. I rarely see such things anymore and this makes this location, and more importantly, the staff, exemplary in every way.
