Taco Bell in Tallahassee

“Stellar Taco Bell. Either a corporate store that does the brand proud or the owner/manager should be proud of their employees. I’ve eaten at Taco Bell’s for 15 years and I have been fond of many, but this Taco Bell is the best one I’ve ever been to. Cleanest bathroom, perfectly presented and cleaned dining area, perfectly spread ingredients on my Grilled Cheese Steak Burrito, no mistakes on my order and welcoming customer service. I have never been inspired to write a Google review but this team deserves a considerable amount of credit for the standard that they hold themselves to.“

“When I drove up to the drive thru, a lovely voice greeted me at the order station: the name is Somma. I was so delighted, I though for a second I was picking up fine dinning in a drive thru. When I approached the window, the first thing I noticed, besides this angelic voice, were lashes. I mean wow!!! Somma, you made a a doubtful day a blessing. Thank you!“

“Carla is the GOAT. I’ve been DoorDashing recently, and unfortunately every once in a while I have to wait a while for an order, which is what happened today about a 10 minute wait. From across the counter, though, they were clearly working hard and honestly I don’t think people should care too much about wait times when the employees are obviously doing their best and not slacking. It also looked like they were training someone, which I completely understand can slow things down. Carla, who I presume is the manager, noticed I had been waiting and offered me a small drink and a burrito for the inconvenience, which I really appreciated. Out of the 500+ orders I’ve delivered, she’s one of the very few people who has actually offered me a drink or anything at all because of a wait. I also want to point out that today was a first. I’ve never had a bad experience or a long wait at this location before. And may I say, Taco Bell might honestly be one of the best fast-food places in Tallahassee, possibly even rivaling Chick-fil-A.“

“Nothing better to get out of orlando, florida, to go to a wonderful clean taco bell that makes great tacos,burritos and a wonderful staff!! Orlando taco bells have poor quality. “Honestly if you’re coming after 1-2am they’re doing the best they can. Waited about an hour for my pick up order but they were sooooo slammed. Drive thru recommended for faster service vs pick up but hey. They were nice and again doing the best they can with understaffed and the # of orders. Thank youuuuuuu“
