“Good afternoon, I just let your facility off of capital circle NE. And set in the drive through line for more than 12 minutes to found out that the lights were out it would have been helpful if someone was standing outside to let the customers know there 7 or 8 others cars in the same line waiting to be seen. Went to the same location earlier that morning the service was excellent in line and out 03/24/2026. And to think people were (employees) were just sitting down talking to each other. If that had been me on my job my boss would demand an explanation.“
“Just came and got the $8 McDonald's deal Big Mac combo. I love McDonald's I like to come there for all the deals and everything I got the McDonald's app on there and I was able to get free food and discounts on a lot of my food.“

Never seen a joint run so smoothly with such a lively crowd. I know other locations wish they could do it like this.

“Not busy. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because they were severely understaffed. One person doing drive thru and doing food. The lady taking my order was nice and was happy that I wasn’t mad at her for it taking a few mins too long. The gm of this location should not have a job for leaving 1 person to do all the work“
“My husband went through the McDonald’s mobile app and ordered me two triple cheeseburgers a medium fry and a larger caramel frappe around 9pm last night (currently 9 months pregnant) I ate one of my sandwiches and ate the other the next morning for breakfast but as I was eating it I noticed it was actually a double cheeseburger wrapped inside of a triple cheeseburger wrapper. So after work I went to McDonald’s to let them know what happened but was told by the manager Silvia that if I wanted a refund or a remake I would have to go through the app and request one and they would send something in the mail. Of course I was upset about the entire situation because I didn’t think it was fair that I had to do all of those stepped over a mistake that the coworkers made. But Silvia was very sweet and very patient with me and called her manager to see if she could remake the other and she told her yes. Not only did they make my sandwich right but she also gave me a medium fry and two caramel frappes. Definitely want to say thank you to her and her kindness“
“Amazing. Absolutely amazing. There was a very tall and cute employee at 12pm Tue 16, 2026 in the front with glasses who took our order and was super nice. The food was what any typical Mcdonald’s has. Place needed a little bit cleaning but it was fine otherwise. Honestly that employee made it so much better for me and my friend especially since we were having a bad day previously. Tell that employee I said hi!!“
“Waited in drive through for a long time. Several cars just drove away after getting tired of waiting. Finally went inside. Plenty of staff but hardly any customers so not sure what the problem was. Ordered a large French fry and drink only. Waited and waited... went to the restroom. Water in bathroom sink did not work so I could not wash hands. Went to a hand sanitizer station by the door and it was empty. Order was still not ready. Finally got order and fries were white...barely cooked. Not like normal fries at other restaurants. Will not be going to McDonald's anywhere again.“
“This McDonald's was actually good in the evening! The order taker was friendly, they actually spoke when giving my food instead of just handing me the bag in silence, and the fries were just right.
The past several years, I've been to a lot of McDonald's while traveling for work, and most don't even try past 5pm, but this location did things right!“
“I have lived in this area for about 15 years and usually I would never rate a fast food place but I have to say that over the 15 years whoever the lady is that runs the late night drive-thru has probably been the best change this McDonald's could have had. She is efficient, very nice, funny, and just all around seems like she gets stuff done with no BS. At times it could take a little while especially at night because the staff is low but that's completely understandable. She doesn't overload herself and make mistakes. Which I actually think is extremely smart on her behalf. I'm sure lot of people may not like it because they're not getting their food in 5 minutes. It sucks to get home with food and it being completely wrong because everyone was rushing which has been my issue many of times before this lady came around. I work late nights and it is nice to be able to stop somewhere and get food and know that when I get home my order is correct. So I just want to thank this woman for being herself and running a hard shift because I know it can't be easy.“

“Today I stopped in during the height of the lunch rush and was blown away by the crew on duty. Only three employees were working, yet they handled the crowd with absolute professionalism, kindness, and hustle.
They kept smiles on their faces, moved orders with impressive speed, and delivered food that was hot and fresh—as if the restaurant were fully staffed. Watching them knock out a line of hungry customers so efficiently was beyond exceptional.

“I'm out of town. It was 7:00 am on March 3, 2026. Had to eat my breakfast really fast to continue my journey. I saw a few bad reviews, but I had no options. For my surprise, the service was really fast and very friendly. The food was hot and delicious. Thank you guys!!!“
