“I'm out of town. It was 7:00 am on March 3, 2026. Had to eat my breakfast really fast to continue my journey. I saw a few bad reviews, but I had no options. For my surprise, the service was really fast and very friendly. The food was hot and delicious. Thank you guys!!!“

“Good afternoon, I just let your facility off of capital circle NE. And set in the drive through line for more than 12 minutes to found out that the lights were out it would have been helpful if someone was standing outside to let the customers know there 7 or 8 others cars in the same line waiting to be seen. Went to the same location earlier that morning the service was excellent in line and out 03/24/2026. And to think people were (employees) were just sitting down talking to each other. If that had been me on my job my boss would demand an explanation.“

“Just came and got the $8 McDonald's deal Big Mac combo. I love McDonald's I like to come there for all the deals and everything I got the McDonald's app on there and I was able to get free food and discounts on a lot of my food.“

The shift manager or person in charge, I'm not sure of her title, was very kind to me when she found a mistake in my order and while I was waiting in my car, she came to me to bring my order. I don't remember her name, but she is a woman who worked in New York. Thank you, I recommend it.“

“Not busy. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because they were severely understaffed. One person doing drive thru and doing food. The lady taking my order was nice and was happy that I wasn’t mad at her for it taking a few mins too long. The gm of this location should not have a job for leaving 1 person to do all the work“

“My husband went through the McDonald’s mobile app and ordered me two triple cheeseburgers a medium fry and a larger caramel frappe around 9pm last night (currently 9 months pregnant) I ate one of my sandwiches and ate the other the next morning for breakfast but as I was eating it I noticed it was actually a double cheeseburger wrapped inside of a triple cheeseburger wrapper. So after work I went to McDonald’s to let them know what happened but was told by the manager Silvia that if I wanted a refund or a remake I would have to go through the app and request one and they would send something in the mail. Of course I was upset about the entire situation because I didn’t think it was fair that I had to do all of those stepped over a mistake that the coworkers made. But Silvia was very sweet and very patient with me and called her manager to see if she could remake the other and she told her yes. Not only did they make my sandwich right but she also gave me a medium fry and two caramel frappes. Definitely want to say thank you to her and her kindness“

“The morning crew Mr. Tony nightly manager Mr.Fred have great customer service. Mr.Tony in the morning always come out to customers tables to ensure we're enjoying our food, I've came plenty of times for breakfast and it never fails. The tables are clean. The food is fresh and if there was a mistake the attitude to fix it is amazing. There's a Caucasian lady sometimes work mornings she is awesome as well, great speed and customer service is immaculate. Keep up the good work team.“

“Went through the drive through at about 11pm, not super busy and there was an associate in a purple Jesus hoodie who was such an angel, alongside a younger gentleman. They made our online order timely and with no mistakes. Both these workers had a great attitude! :)“

“This McDonald's was actually good in the evening! The order taker was friendly, they actually spoke when giving my food instead of just handing me the bag in silence, and the fries were just right.

The past several years, I've been to a lot of McDonald's while traveling for work, and most don't even try past 5pm, but this location did things right!“

“This is my go to McDonald's. One of the employees there told me about the app. I downloaded it and she walked me through on how to use it. I've used it twice now and I haven't had a problem with my order! The people there are very friendly and the line moves pretty quick, unlike other McDonald's in this town!“

“Today I stopped in during the height of the lunch rush and was blown away by the crew on duty. Only three employees were working, yet they handled the crowd with absolute professionalism, kindness, and hustle.

They kept smiles on their faces, moved orders with impressive speed, and delivered food that was hot and fresh—as if the restaurant were fully staffed. Watching them knock out a line of hungry customers so efficiently was beyond exceptional.
