McDonald's in Tallahassee

“I'm out of town. It was 7:00 am on March 3, 2026. Had to eat my breakfast really fast to continue my journey. I saw a few bad reviews, but I had no options. For my surprise, the service was really fast and very friendly. The food was hot and delicious. Thank you guys!!!“

“Good afternoon, I just let your facility off of capital circle NE. And set in the drive through line for more than 12 minutes to found out that the lights were out it would have been helpful if someone was standing outside to let the customers know there 7 or 8 others cars in the same line waiting to be seen. Went to the same location earlier that morning the service was excellent in line and out 03/24/2026. And to think people were (employees) were just sitting down talking to each other. If that had been me on my job my boss would demand an explanation.“

“Just came and got the $8 McDonald's deal Big Mac combo. I love McDonald's I like to come there for all the deals and everything I got the McDonald's app on there and I was able to get free food and discounts on a lot of my food.“

“The manager, Terrance, and the night shift team at this location are the best hands down.

5-star service everytime.

Never seen a joint run so smoothly with such a lively crowd. I know other locations wish they could do it like this.

Mcdonald's really need to buy each one of these guys (and gals) a rolex.“

“Not busy. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because they were severely understaffed. One person doing drive thru and doing food. The lady taking my order was nice and was happy that I wasn’t mad at her for it taking a few mins too long. The gm of this location should not have a job for leaving 1 person to do all the work“

“I went to this location about week ago and ordered meals for my kids along with ice cream
Sundaes through the app for pickup. I get to the drive through and they don’t have the drinks I ordered and are out of ice cream (at this point stop selling it). The lady asked me if I wanted something else so I changed the lemonade drinks to sprites and ate the up charge fees I paid to order it originally and then asked for a refund for the ice cream because I didn’t need anymore food. The lady pulled me up to the door and brought my food out. When I asked for the refund receipt she told me there was no way for me to get a receipt since I ordered through the app, I asked her can I take a picture on the screen of my refund to which she said that was not possible. I then asked her how do I know she actually refunded me to which she stated I would get an email in an hour. I never received the email. So when I went up there again I was told I had to request a refund through the app which is crazy to me that McDonald’s doesn’t have a better refund policy in place. I emailed corporate and have gotten the run around about my refund and now received an email telling me the store has to refund my order. This location normally has good service which is why it’s surprising I haven’t gotten my refund and I order from the location all the time but I need my hard earned funds back or the food I purchased.

*****Update**** forgot to update but manager is amazing!!!! She corrected the entire situation and refunded me and also made sure I received my missing items. I’ve returned many times since this issue and have had AMAZING service with fresh food and quick service and I highly recommend this location moving forward. The manager takes pride in running her establishment and does not like having her patrons leaving unhappy.“

“One of the better McDonald's in Tallahassee. Occasionally will forget things in an order when they are super crowded but other than that, fast service, always hot food & fresh fries, and they do very well applying any food modifications.“

“This McDonald's was actually good in the evening! The order taker was friendly, they actually spoke when giving my food instead of just handing me the bag in silence, and the fries were just right.

The past several years, I've been to a lot of McDonald's while traveling for work, and most don't even try past 5pm, but this location did things right!“

“Amazing. Absolutely amazing. There was a very tall and cute employee at 12pm Tue 16, 2026 in the front with glasses who took our order and was super nice. The food was what any typical Mcdonald’s has. Place needed a little bit cleaning but it was fine otherwise. Honestly that employee made it so much better for me and my friend especially since we were having a bad day previously. Tell that employee I said hi!!“

“I have lived in this area for about 15 years and usually I would never rate a fast food place but I have to say that over the 15 years whoever the lady is that runs the late night drive-thru has probably been the best change this McDonald's could have had. She is efficient, very nice, funny, and just all around seems like she gets stuff done with no BS. At times it could take a little while especially at night because the staff is low but that's completely understandable. She doesn't overload herself and make mistakes. Which I actually think is extremely smart on her behalf. I'm sure lot of people may not like it because they're not getting their food in 5 minutes. It sucks to get home with food and it being completely wrong because everyone was rushing which has been my issue many of times before this lady came around. I work late nights and it is nice to be able to stop somewhere and get food and know that when I get home my order is correct. So I just want to thank this woman for being herself and running a hard shift because I know it can't be easy.“

“My experience was good I came here a couple of years ago and I had a good experience when I came to this McDonald's location it was my first time coming to this McDonald's is my favorite fast food restaurant in the world everything was good to me“

“we got there and it was just ONE PERSON and unfortunately we had a big order, but he was so sweet and he was so kind he did everything absolutely perfectly. We love him so much, and he treated us so kindly, no matter what even though we had the biggest order ever he did everything perfectly. he did it in a very good timely manner, we love him and he deserves everything, one thing we will say is that his manager deserves to be fired because if he/she wasn’t there that is not okay.“
