I went to this location about week ago and ordered meals for my kids along with ice cream
Sundaes through the app for pickup. I get to the drive through and they don’t have the drinks I ordered and are out of ice cream (at this point stop selling it). I am submitting this complaint because the customer service I received at this McDonald’s location on 9/22/2026 at approximately 9:30 PM was unacceptable and needs to be addressed by management.
I specifically requested fresh food. That is a reasonable request from a paying customer, particularly at a restaurant where food is expected to meet quality standards. I ordered two 10-piece McNuggets, yet I was given only TWO sweet-and-sour sauces total for the entire order.
