Absolutely a joke of an establishment. Walked and ordered at 12:24 at that time there’s 4 employees sitting booths manager was outside standing next to a car for 20 mins then comes in and starts yelling cussing with a lobby full of guest and children present employees started throwing things in the back more employees came out and refused to work with the manager I asked for a refund to get my 2 year old out of that situation and the manager asks in the middle of all that why I want a refund I explained that u and employees are cursing around children the said haaa and turned around and came back with cash and my card. The mangers name was kalandra and she is the rudest employee I have ever seen working for an establishment. You don’t understand what I seen with her work ethic how she treats customers and employees is very dishonest and should be concerning for those who put her in the position of power. The teenagers she was cussing out were able to come to my wife and apologize for the way she was behaving. That’s even more pathetic a teenager has more respect for customer then the manager.

Fire everyone including management. The employees were intentionally not taking orders, not communicating through the drive true intercom which resulted in multiple potential customers leaving. Upon arrival one customer was being serviced in the drive through. After then it took about 3-4 minutes and hearing the customers discuss the intentional delays before they communicated the next customer. This non existent level of customer service is supported by management. If you’re short staffed say that, add a sign, but ignoring and disrespecting customers time is unacceptable . 5+ minute video sped up to show how long we went will be shared with corporate. AVOID AT ALL COST The location ? has issues of cooking food wrong, under cooked.The store phone number if you need to call listed on the receipt has been disconnected due to poor service.Nasty food, it seemed to be left over and tasted tampered with. This location has been reported by other long term Tallahassee customers to be very poor in service, the cooking, tampering top issues.The tempers of managers toward polite, friendly customers trying to return terrible food, then by leaving half the terrible, old food in one of the containers not a place worthy of patronizing for anyone.Pay more, higher wages, to only receive nastier behavior in McDonald's history is a new norm at this location.A restaurant with seating and steak, gourmet food with top service nowadays is likely better, cheaper in cost as prices rise.Photo: Several employees smoking outside at customers, corporate McDonald's expense when supposed to be open. That doorway must stink, be a incredible smelly experience no less for customers and kids to inhale while having no choice. Healthy? How about for kids entering, the elderly, those with emphasima? Yeah, avoid. ☹️

Very poor customer interaction. No interaction whatsoever. Was handed part of my order. Clerk didn't say part of order wasn't in the bag. If I hadn't checked, I wouldn't have known. So I sat in my car. Still no words. Drive through window opens ago with the rest of my order. No words spoken, no face contact. Ended up throwing it all away as there was a hair in my food and hashbrowns undercooked. At least my drink was ok. So I spent $9.00 on a McDonald's small coke.

I should've known when I saw 4 cars just drive off... waited over 4 minutes in the drive thru and no one ever said anything so when I got to the window the young lady told me she could not hear anything but I bet she knew what was going on with her cellphone lol anywho there were 6 cars still waiting at the speakers when I drove off...they are horrible
