McDonald's in Madison

“I had such a wonderful experience at McDonald’s thanks to the General Manager, Ms. Kim! I had forgotten my wallet and was trying to figure out how to use tap-to-pay on my phone, but I just couldn’t get it to work. Miss Kim was so incredibly sweet and kind and actually covered my meal for me.
It was such a simple act of kindness, but it truly meant so much to me. You don’t come across people like that every day, and her kindness definitely deserves to be recognized.

“Look, take this all with a grain of salt because it is McDonald's and I'm rating it against similar fast food restaurants. This McDonald's was very clean and I saw someone cleaning still. The cashier was quick and efficient. The food was fast and fresh. They clearly swapped oil on the fryers regularly. I've worked at McDonald's in my youth, and I've been to plenty over the years. This one is very well run and I wouldn't hesitate to return.“
