McDonald's in Valdosta

“There is a funny and talented transgender lady there who sings me and my wife came to this location the other day and heard this lady singing it was the funniest thing ever she was like and her own world as if no one was there lol in McDonald's kitchen singing she looked at me and my wife and started smiling and ask how we were doing that morning and went back to work my wife and I just smiled along with the singing McDonald's worker wish I could have gotten her name“

“This place is like any other McDonalds. The driver through personnel and window service were polite and helpful. Drive through was easy, there wasn't a long dive thru line and .y food was ready quickly. However, I order two chicken wrap and found the were cold and appeared to be thrown.“

“Very ghetto crew on this shift. One had her small child there , which I could understand in extreme circumstances but one overweight employee in particular had a very foul mouth in front of about 5 customers inside the restaurant. She was upset and cursing because another employee informed her that her help was needed and she obviously didn't think they were busy enough for her to actually have to do her job at work. Very unprofessional. I ordered my food at the kiosk inside and wasn't given all my items and had to let the young lady at the front counter know and she seemed aggravated when I did“

“In Quitman there is a guy named Jacob who is excellent with service. He's also a guy of integrity. He went out of his way, above and beyond to accommodate my indecision, and patiently waited on me when Ibwas finally ready to order! Bless you Jacob, for not being persuaded by the cultural climate that disrespects elders and rushes everybody!!“

“I was traveling and stopped in here because I was suddenly hungry. I am glad I did.
I have rarely been to a McDonald's where the staff was so cheerful and friendly.
The food was made fresh and was delicious.
I will definitely be stopping here again.“

“I know it's McDonalds. But this was probably the worst yet. Poor service, fries tasted like they were cooked in 3 day old grease and my burger tasted like paste on an old bun. Couldn't even finish my food. The bathroom was gross with no TP.“
