McDonald's in Albany

“Normally don’t do this but need to give credit where credit is due. Hands down BEST McDonalds in the Albany area. Quick service, greeted with the upmost respect, and food was HOT! Not sure where the previous bad reviews come from, maybe change in management. Even though this McDonalds much further than others to home, if I need a golden arch fix, this is the only one I will go to in town.“

“Food at the Tiki Bar was delicious. Everyone was very helpful. Room was clean. View was perfect for sunsets. Shower was amazing. John and Gabriel were always so sweet and always ready to give recommendations on things to do and where to eat in the area. Loved having an adults and jacuzzi to relax in kid free! We will be back. We really enjoyed ourselves.“

“We had the World Cup meals. I had the Big Mac meal, my wife had the 10 pc chicken nuggets combo (comes with med drink, med Fries, and a World Cup plastic cup. There are 9 different plastic cups with different players on each.
It was nice to the Big Mac sauce for the chicken nuggets but it was the same Big Mac we are all use to. It would have been nice to have a special Big Mac.“

“I'm here to leave a good review, because the guys who helped me on the night shift on 10/26 were really nice. The place was very clean, which is usually hard to keep in this chain. So far from my house I ask for good service and good cleaning in the surroundings.“

“As far as McDonald's go, this was probably the best one I've been to in years. They got the entire order right for 7 people which is a feat in itself for McDonald's. The staff working at 11:00 AM on 12/28/2025 was fantastic. Everyone was pleasant and the manager was great. She was running the show and making sure orders were going out correct and in a timely manner. I don't post often, but felt compelled to do so because of how exceptional the staff was today. Wow!“
